A+ Harris is a true professional, he truly cares about service and his customers. I called him because our 2 1/2 year Sony TV wasn't turning on. I texted Harris the model # and he later called me telling me he did his research and knew the possible issue, he was able to visit us the same day we called. Harris was able to repair my TV in a matter of a few minutes, he clean and place everything back in place. Harris was prompt in his response to my post for computer issues. He contacted me and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He made multiple recommendations and was upfront about pricing. He also installed cameras (Ring) in multiple places on the exterior of my home and showed me how to use the system. My computer is in perfect working order and faster than it has been in years. Harris is super professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Harris told me he would "fix my problem with a paper jam display on my ricoh printer. He told me if he couldnt fix my problem THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE. After almost an hour he announced that he FOUND THE PROBLEM . it was a teent tiny speck of paper that he finally located inthe back of one of the paper trays. omg i told him i never would have found that and i thanked profusely. strangely the paper jam light came back after only using the printer to print two copies. he told me no problem. and that he "stands behind his work" he came back and Announced that he found yet another tiny speck of paper and he fixed the paper jam display again again I thanked Him for coming back a second time After he left the next day, without even touching the machine, the paper jam display once again returned Now he announced that it wasn't the speck of paper at all as he had thought and that I need a new part that was causing the display to malfunction. i found the part for only $15 but now he no longer returns my messages. he feels that he came a second time and he is done with me. yeah well WHAT ABOUT THAT "GUARANTEE" THAT IF HE CANT FIX THE PROBLEM THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE? HARRIS NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM AND HE KNEW IT AND DIDNT TELL ME I REALLY NEEDED A NEW SENSOR AT THE TIME. Now he wants nothing to do with me because it is more important to him that he keep my $100 than have a satisfied customer.i have to throw my copier away because he wont do the right thing and install my new sensor that HE TOLD ME TO BUY. Do not be fooled by Harris' " nice guy " demeanor. you find out who people really are with how they deal with adversity. Harris knows exactly what happened. he just hoped if he ignored me that i would go away. thats fine. ill "go away" but not before leaving this review. people need to know who Harris Soheil of Fast IT Servics really is. I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience…read more I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

My 70" Vizio, at least 10 years old (or more), the video image started acting weird when turning on, needed 2 or 3 attempts before the boot-up logo would appear. Then suddenly, while watching a show, POOF that was it ... TV was off. I had been to The Video Hospital years prior with a different TV, similar sort of issue, sound yes, but no image. The first experience was simple, straight forward, no nonsense, fairly priced. I called again, Eddy answered, they're open M-F 9a-7p, no charge for diagnosing. No charge for diagnosis, "WHAT?!" Where can you find that in 2026? You've got nothing to lose. I dropped off at 6pm on Friday, at precisely 11:11am on Monday Eddy called me with his diagnosis & price quote (extremely fair), and with my approval he'd have it ready for pickup in about :30 mins. It's rare to find this kind of service, pricing and turnaround anymore ... I'm incredibly grateful to The Video Hospital, and would recommend Eddy to anyone trying to avoid throwing away a still-good TV and unnecessarily buying a new one - we throw away too much good stuff. Try and fix it, you've got nothing to lose! And no, I'm not a friend or relative writing a fake review - The Video Hospital has served me well twice so far. I'll be back next time I have an issue, hopefully Eddy's there for many more years!

I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. I will definitely use Angel Locksmith every time I need a locksmith now.

Really professional! I had a few things I needed done. First, my MacBook was giving me issues and acting slow and Harris installed a SSD and transferred all my data over and now it's running like new! He even had some extra RAM for the MacBook which he upgraded for a kind gesture. I also dropped my new HP and the screen was cracked and he replaced that and now I'm back up and running. Very reasonable, honest guy and he actually cares about the equipment just as much as I did. My go to for all my compute needs from now on. Geeksquad was ready to charge $120 for diagnosis / shipping alone even though I only needed to extract the hard drive for my files. Harris performed the job in a timely manner, and provided me with options for retrieving the hard drive (i.e usb, external hard drive etc). Total $100. He also provided information on repairing my laptop with a free diagnosis should I like to repair the old laptop. He seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. Thanks again Harris! read more

I am really satisfied with Fast IT Support. Harris came to route a coaxial cable for my xfinity install. I had two techs come before and they both said it wasn't possible to route the wire.
