Not worth $19 for sure. The back also has dirt on it still. I shared that my mirrors would pull in automatically and the worker shoved my driver mirror closed as they were already closing and it hit my window. Having to go to a car wash AFTER a car wash is a waste of money and time :( I wouldn't recommend, or at least don't spend $19. You probably get the same results for $8. read more

I went there for quite awhile just for oil changes, then the last one they talked me into an Engine flush --- they forgot to put the front 2 bolts in the engine cover so it was dragging on the pavement until I realized what they had done. I won't go back. Also, the new guy at the car wash put me too close to the car in front of me so I ended up with 2 dents in my front bumper. The manager told me "oh well good help is hard to find" I do not recommend this place. read more

First of all, we waited about 25 minutes just to pay and then another 5 minutes waiting to go in. The workers are extremely rude and off setting, my friend and I did not feel comfortable. We have gone in there 3 times for oil changes. The last two times before we even got home the dust shield was dragging the ground. Last time I got some inserts and replaced them so it would stay up. This time same thing. They didn't remove them correctly (it's not rocket science) This is a brand new car. We have a dirt drive so if that shield is dragging it's going to do significant damage to the car when it gets ripped off backing out. I just figured the last time was a fluke and with all new inserts they would correctly replace the cover and the plastic pins that hold it up. I often times feel like at oil change places I am taken advantage of because I am a young girl and assume I know nothing. I went here for an oil change and it happened. As soon as I pulled in they wanted to up sell their products, and give me power steering fluid which was unnecessary. The employees that work here are nice and happy to your face but then decide to scam you. John the manager informed me that I needed power steering fluid because mine was low. He then told me that the my type of car (an older Buick) regularly runs short on oil and burns it up quick...what a joke! He then showed me the oil dipstick after dipping it in the oil several times to make it look fuller then it was. After I arrived home I checked the dipstick myself. The oil had not been completely filled (pictures below). John then asked me if he I would want him to check my cars lights (yet another classic oil change scam) and I politely declined. He responded with "good I didn't really want to check them anyways." I will never be back here because it is such a SCAM. Please read this review and rethink your decision before you go here. An amazing car wash. It cleans the car fast and efficiently. The only downside is the lines can be long but that's not the washes fault. Once the car is washed, waxed, dried, etc two employees at the end promptly get the rest of the water off. Eddies also had vacuums outside of the car wash to clean any out your car as well as trash cans to throw away things you no longer need in your vehicle. read more

My daughter just left there and they suggested she does an oil flush because it needs to be done every 30000 miles. They see a young girl and think they can upsell them with anything and scare tactics to do it. The total estimate of $156 that she needs to get done on a car with 30000 miles. Luckily I have her call me every time she has an oil change because of these predatory tactics these oil change places tend to pull. I looked up the packages online before coming in. I asked for best service, confirmed that it included the car wash. The best service package "includes up to five quarts of oil," and "a top off of vehicle fluids." After waiting for over an hour for an oil change, I had to remind him to top off my fluids after he shut my hood. The price looked correct when he handed it to me, $34.95 for the best service plus a $3 shop fee, total was $38.94. I go to the car wash and they ask for a coupon, I gave them my receipt, and it turns out he did not give me a car wash. I look at my receipt and he had charged me for a "better service" oil change, had charged me $7 for oil, which should have been included, and did not give me a car wash. I went back in to ask for my coupon and he wouldn't give it to me and told me I wasn't charged for it. Complete scam artists and I will never return. $40 for a oil change I could've gotten $20 literally anywhere else. read more

I had come in previously to have my oil change done and had a very pleasant experience with nice employees. Today, however, I unfortunately cannot say the same. I pulled in because I was overdue for my oil change and one of the employees was completely unprofessional. He came up to me and told me how stupid my truck looked, calling it "retarded." He was working the pit, but the employee up top was much more professional and nice. I come here because of how close it is to my apartment, but I will not be returning until something is done to improve the service. read more

Very nice honest guys. They said I needed both high and low beam bulbs I agreed to pay for them. They came back and said it was just a connection issue and I only needed the one bulb. That situation could have been different they could have sold me both and I would be none the wiser. They were very efficient funny fast and honest. Will definitely recommend and return. Slow eddies is always over charging and adding unneeded services. Oil flushes, oil leak additives most expensive synthetic oil. I came in told him I wanted the most basic oil change service ended up spending almost 90$ and he shorted me a quart of oil and still charged me for it "to make room for the Lucas oil leak sealant". Plus we sat in the oil change bay for over 30 mins before they even started doing anything and he kept pushing trying to get me to purchase an oil flush. read more

You can't trust what they say, immediately try to sell up-charged oil and came out to 50 bucks for an oil change. Everywhere else in town is around 25 and they try to take advantage of you. Wouldn't recommend. read more

DO NOT use Fast Eddie's in Mt. Pleasant!!! They didn't put the oil in that we asked for (full synthetic), instead used a synthetic blend. They then lied when asked about why the next oil change sticker said 3,000 miles instead of 5,000 and just hand wrote a sticker!!! We finally figured out why we were loosing oil so fast (7 1/2 quarts in 1 month) because the oil filter was NOT installed properly!!! If we hadn't kept checking the oil and putting more in we would have blown up our engine! We went back and filled out a complaint form. They said they would only give a regular oil change and that we would have to pay extra to get the synthetic we already paid for!!!! read more

For starters the price they advertise isn't actually what you pay. They nickel and dime you for everything. The name is ironic because when I told them I was on a time restraint and I was the ONLY one there it took them nearly an hour and a half just to change my oil. Finally, I had them do some actual work to my truck replace the fuel pump and some other things and all of a sudden my truck starts having all kinds of problems. I took it to a different mechanic and he said nothing was fixed properly. I ended up having to dump $1,000 dollars to fix everything they broke. Needless to say, never going back. read more

Hey it's Daniel to who needs to know I sent my wife over to Fast Eddie in mount pleasent for a oil change on my 2012 Ford Edge with 70,000 on it and it came back with a oil flush and oil change witch I have never herd of a oil engine flush so did some research found out that ford,chevy,Honda and others say they highly recommend (not to do)a motor engine flushes because of the solution that is used can cause damage to the inside of you motor and deteriorate the seals and any rubber parts in the motor. Ford motor group said if any thing goes wrong with the motor and they can link back to a engine oil flush your motor warranty will be now voided. When I bought the edge I payed a extra 3,000 dollars for a extended warranty to 125,000 miles that may be no good now I would like to know how many men and women are approach for a oil flush because when I went there my self they never said a word about a oil flush but then I am a man??
