The members lane was held up for some reason I watched 6 cars cruise in and go through the other lane and when I did it they told me to backup and let the people that were infront of me go. Please bring back firehouse car wash! This place absolutely sucks. They do not spray your vehicle off before running it through the wash. Leaves scratches all over your vehicle and never completely cleans it. Employees are so lazy it's ridiculous. Back when I worked at firehouse your car was sprayed and brushed down so good that it was clean before it even got ran through the wash. This place ruins your vehicle. Not worth the money. read more

Fast Eddies takes the time to spray your car off and use soap on brushes before you enter the wash. Then the towel dry your car for a cheaper price. I would recommend! read more

My truck is never clean. Been going there for a year and the underbody cleaner is very weak, back of the truck always has missed spots and they hardly pre wash like they used to. They have several people standing around out front trying to up charge services though. Running boards and around mirrors and door handles are always dirty. Considering the other place in town! Just not as convenient but they have people who actually wash and dry and they come out clean. read more

The free vacuums are nice but the car wash is a waste! It appears to be fancy and cool with flashing lights but it doesn't clean your car.

Subscription price was not bad, the car wash is acceptable. I am living in a high mud section of Summerhill Village (avoid this place) and used the service a lot until snow fall. read more

Waste of money. Worst car wash I have ever been to. Will never go there again. This used to be "Firehouse Car Wash" before Mister Car Wash bought it. When it was Firehouse, the service was friendly and your car got clean. They gave you a litter bag and a wet wipe; two attendants scrubbed the mud off your car before you entered the wash bay, and two dried off your car after the wash. Now, someone takes the money (credit card only, no cash), and another guides you into the bay. That's it. No extras. Your car comes out about as dirty as it was before the wash. Looks like a private equity play--buy, reorganize, fire most employees, and squeeze out every penny. If Mister Car Wash was a publicly traded company, I'd sell it short. read more

in September of 2022 I drove through and purchased what I though was a 1 time 1 month membershi. I was NOT told that this was a recurring membership. I went through the other day (April 2023) and was going to buy it again. this time I was informed it was a recurring charge. This prompted me to check my previous bank statements. sure enough there were 6 months $29.99 a month that I missed coming out of my account after not being informed that they would be keeping my card on file. then I called costumer service where I waited on the phone for 40+ minutes to finally give up waiting. shameful. highly do not recommend this company. read more

I went specifically because there were bird droppings on the front and back window, plus, I live on a dirt road so the back window was very dusty. They did not even pre-spray the two windows, no brushes like before. There were still bird droppings on both windows and dirt streaks on the back window when I left there. The Firehouse Car Wash that was there before was SO MUCH better. No litter bag or wet wipe either. I will be finding a different car wash from now on. read more

I am very disappointed! I spent $14 for a car wash and when I got down the road to get gas, I noticed how terrible of a job this car was did! I called them, and had to leave a message, they never called back! I later sent an email, they never responded! I called again, and left another message! Guess what? They never called back! I will NEVER go there again, and I do not recommend that anyone should go there! There are many other car washes that I am sure want my business! read more

This is a really cool car wash it cleans very well and the cleaning is overall entertaining! The car wash is a bit overpriced $14 a wash. Other than the price tag on each wash it is overall great. read more

Terrible wash. First time using car wash since it switched to Mister company. The machines don't work, left lots of road grime on rear quarter panels, tailgate and Fenders were still full of sand. The guys were nice about it but terrible wash for the money. read more

Have a membership and they didn't even spray inside the tire walls or the back. I could have power washed it better.

The rear of our Suburban was dirty going in and dirty going out. There was hardly a drop of water on the back. Really miss the excellent car wash we would get from the former company. read more

Firehouse used to be the best car wash in all of Central Michigan. The new management is horrible! No more dash towel, no garbage bag ,(I never used the bag but it's nice to offer), no towel dry at the end and the new scrubbers nearly ripped my mirror off. All of this poor service for the same price as before and no free car wash after 10! I asked to speak with the manager and he was unavailable, the girl who took my money was rude. A tremendous decline in service! There are nearly a dozen other options in Mount Pleasant for a car wash. I will not return to Mister Car Wash. read more

We had to use our dirty car for more than 3 months. It was wonderful when Mister Car Wash washed it to I look like new.

The carwash is amazing!! The wax and all the products work as they are explained! I will most definitely be back.
