Thank god the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said our the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got out car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took it back after paying for a rental for 2 weeks and $1100 for repairs turns out The coolant traveled to the cylinder due to a mixture of different coolants that have been used. Fast forward its 3/6/2026 and our car is still in the mechanic and needs the entire engine replaced. Thousands and thousands of dollars because of your carelessness. You have left a family of 7 ( 5 children) without a car. God almighty will take this matter into his hands. You guys are irresponsible and even if it is not the owners fault train your people better. Shame on you!

I have been using Wash N Go in Cadillac for several years. While the pre-wash done by staff has…read morealways been subpar, I continued using them out of convenience. In December, I went through the car wash and something struck my windshield, causing a completely smashed area and a large crack across the front windshield. I immediately pulled around to the office and reported what happened. I was asked to fill out a damage report, and staff took photos of the damage. The office manager reviewed the video footage and told me he clearly saw where it happened and that the company would be in touch within a week to take care of it. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I repeatedly followed up both by phone and by stopping in three separate times, but was never given an answer or a contact name or number for ownership or corporate. Today, when I called again, the manager simply said the claim was denied. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. My wife and I have canceled our service and will never use this company again.

It's become more and more difficult to find a truly great car wash in the GR area. Many of the smaller independents had a great product, but clearly were not as good as turning a profit as Mister. Back when this place was Cascade Car Wash, it was great. The cleaning was more thorough and they provided a large cloth to clean your dash. Now, as in every other case where Mister has metastasized, the work quality and the service have taken a huge nosedive. Mister offers a plan where you get unlimited washes each month for a set monthly fee. This location only offers exterior washes. Also, it's busy. I mean REALLY busy. They have each car enter the wash almost on top of the other. If you live close by and plan to come a few times per week, it might be worth it - but once the weather is consistently above freezing, the coin-op washes give it a serious run for the money. Out of all the Mister washes, this is one of the best. Don't get excited, though - - that's like saying it's the least stinky turd in the port-a-potty...
