This place is the absolute best! You should go there. A lot!…read more My family and I were on vacation, and planning to visit Kings Island. On the way to the park, our car started making a LOUD noise in the front end. It sounded BAD. Metal on metal. I dropped the family off at the park and called. Told them the whole story, including the part about being on vacation and picking them off Yelp. They said come on in and we'll look at the car. When I get there, we go for a test drive and the noise is just as loud. They give me a ride back to the park and say call in a couple hours. Here's where it gets good: when I call they say its fixed. They took the wheels off and couldn't find anything but a tin lining that was a little out of round. They bent it back in place. Come on and get the car, it's ready. Best of all, NO CHARGE. So, I'm on vacation, and this guy had me. I'm not the most mechanic guy in the world, and Dale knew it after talking to me. He still did the right thing. And he went out of his way to get my car back to me. It was unbelievable. And awesome. I'm seriously considering driving to Cincinnati to get my car worked on from now on (200 miles). Seriously. You should go to these guys. The absolute best.

My van broke down in Dayton, KY while I was traveling. I had the van towed to Gravetts Garage…read moreafter a recommendation from the man who helped me when I first broke down. This is a true account what I experienced. The manager greeted me at the door after a warm invite to come in and get warm. I explained I was traveling through and needed to get back to Indiana the following day. He listened, and truly had compassion for my situation. He said he would do his best to get to it in the morning (1-6-2021) even though there were cars in the bay. I went back to the Airbnb and within 2 hours he called, said he located an alternator and that the part would be at his shop in the morning. Sure enough - the next day around mid-day he called and said the van was ready. The bill came in to the Nations average price so I knew I was not being taken advantage of. This shop went over and beyond what I expected. I was able to meet two of the mechanics who also treated me with great kindness. More importantly, I had great service, and saw the goodness of people from a local shop in Dayton, KY. Highly recommend Gravetts to anyone who is looking for a car repair shop. BTW: Made It home the same day - van rode beautifully with no issues.

I loved getting pictures and explanations of the different checks that they did on the car. I have never had that happen before when going to a dealership. I think that's one of the reasons it tends to be hard to trust service places is because you always feel that since you aren't an expert they could always be taking advantage of you, but when you get something like that sent to you, it eliminates that and becomes so much easier to trust! Plus Alex was friendly and provided great updates and customer service!
