We feel so strongly that God placed Sam in the right place at the right time to open the door for us to find our home. My husband met Sam during a job walk for his commercial refrigeration company. Sam was there as the commercial realtor for the plant they were working at. During that conversation, my husband asked if Sam also did residential real estate. Sam shared that he did and immediately connected us with two amazing members of his team( honestly probably their best team members), Ron and Angeles. That simple, God-ordained encounter turned into such a blessing for our family. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and well organized. Sam set us up with a personalized website that showed available homes within the areas we were interested in and within our price range. Being able to favorite homes we loved made everything feel easy and efficient. Shortly after, we were contacted by Ron, who met us at the properties along with his wife, Angeles. From the very first introduction, Ron and Angeles were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer every question we had and made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. We toured four properties that day and completely fell in love with a new build that was slightly above what we initially thought we wanted but Ron and Angeles helped guide us through understanding the value, process, and possibilities without ever making us feel pressured. Ron was able to negotiate a deal that worked for us! He and Angeles were 100 percent invested and made magic happen. What truly stood out to us was how much this team genuinely cared. They went above and beyond to advocate for us, communicate clearly, and make sure every detail was handled with care. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made it an exciting and joyful experience. We just recently closed and were surprised by such thoughtful house warming gifts from Ron and Angeles. They truly went above and beyond from start to finish. We are beyond grateful for Sam, Ron, and Angeles and the entire Openshaw Real Estate team. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to walk alongside us during such a big milestone in our lives. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for not just excellent realtors, but kind, trustworthy people who truly have their clients' best interests at heart.

Because of the Pandemic, many organizations are experiencing a lack of staff, and, some have had to…read morehire a makeshift staff that may not have much practical real estate experience. Moreover, I've found that many realtors have only recently become licensed, and therefore they haven't yet built a worthy network of business contacts and clients. The net effect of having so many "newbies" or "part timers" entering the real estate industry means you have to be extremely pragmatic and careful when selecting your real estate representative. When my wife and I decided to sell our primary home of 26 years, we selected The Mojo Team, specifically, Morgan Hodges, to represent us. Morgan and his family were neighbors and friends of ours, which was very nice. But just as important, Morgan had an incredibly detailed knowledge of the neighborhood and the market, plus, he had a admirable network of potential buyers and investors, qualities and attributes that sadly many realtors do not have. After briefly speaking with Morgan, he quickly put a game plan together. What impressed us the most was that Morgan's first question was, "What do you want to get out of this sale?" We gave him a sales figure we had in mind, but we also explained that we were very private people and we're not enthused about the prospect of "open house showings" and a parade of strangers invading our privacy. Morgan assured us the selling process would not be painful nor lengthy. And those assurances were kept. In coordination with Dana Litz, Mojo's outstanding Operations Director, a contract was signed, and professional photos were taken of our home. But no showings were necessary, for within an incredibly short time, Morgan had surfaced a qualified buyer who made a full price cash offer that met our financial goals. It also relieved us of the burden and stress of having to open our home up to strangers. Dana's communication skills were impeccable. Liking customers is a behavior, and something that can't be trained. Dana updated my wife and I frequently, and also walked us through the entire sales process. And because of the ongoing Pandemic, and our reluctance to conduct too much business in person, the myriad of necessary paperwork was accomplished via DocuSign, which also included a virtual notary and wire bank transfer of funds (always the best part for sellers). I could go on, but I'll leave you with this advice. Sure, you can sell your home yourself, or try using one of the dubious "flat fee" real estate websites. But if you want the highest market price for your home, with the least amount of hassles, then look no further than The Mojo Team. That will be one if the best decisions you'll ever make when it comes to selling your property professionally
