I could tell from the beginning that they were not interested in buying my house for cash, they wanted to list it through their realtors so they could make even more profit. The agent who came was polite and courteous but come on, 50% of what sites like zillow show the property to be worth and they offer you that with a straight face. I would have taken an offer at say 70-75% but 50% was an insult. I will not waste my time with places like this that will try and buy at rock bottom prices only to flip it making huge profits at your expense. I cannot understand how one review was 5 stars but, that review was 9 years old so maybe they have changed for the worse.

I have known Jeff and Debbie for years, so when it was time to sell our second home in San Tan…read moreValley, AZ there was no choice. From the first walk through they pointed out features to fix in order to make the house more appealing and had contacts to get all of it done. We had a tenant that was in the unit at the time and it was not always easy, but Jeff and Debbie were understanding and accommodating. They offered client portals for us to see if there were viewings and updates on the neighborhood to see if we would need to adjust our approach. Once we had a offer they drew out what the offer would look like to our end game and also included a counter offer. We countered and it was accepted, we were under contract in about 4 days. They kept us posted on the inspection and appraisal as well as when then loan for the buyer was funded. The day of the closing they were reaching out to us to congratulate us, which is awesome seeing how many agents see the transaction as closed and move on.
