I am super satisfied and happy with the work they have done along with the huge discounts since I have been with them as a long time customer. It took a little longer than I expected, but the work they've done and the end result was not disappointing at all. You can look at the picture yourself and tell how dedicated they were in providing me with the best service that they could render. The paint is very smooth and it looks brand new, even better looking in person. The staff are great people, have good attitudes, are humble, honest and communicative. I had them do work on my engine manifold they replaced it . After it kept blowing off the grease cap spewing fluids and overheat on the highway within weeks of the work being done. One time while I was towing my trailer. Luckily I was close to their shop they recovered the truck and worked on it again. Shortly after the last time the engine died altogether. I had them replace the engine and my transmission which was failing slowly but surely. Within weeks the transmission began showing issues and the engine started having issues again the manifold failed. Then shortly after that the engine began misfiring real bad I took it to them they worked on it again and flushed the transmission. Today my truck is stranded in Sacramento I began misfiring again so I looked under the hood and found that they had used glue and zip ties do a shoddy repair on 7 of my eight cylinders. They refuse to recover the truck and fix it even after I sent these pictures. After I sent the pictures I was hung up on by the service rep and the top guy has not been answering calls not replying to texts and has not commented on the pictures at all. read more

We had a minor dent in a front fender of one of our cars. I brought the car in for an estimate, and Vinny, the service manager, came up with a reasonable figure. We agreed to bring the car in a few weeks later when we were going out of town and didn't need it. We agreed, via text, on Tuesday February 13. It would take 3 days. I brought the car in as we had agreed. Vinny wasn' there, but another manager took the car in. When we came back 3 days later: the car was sitting on a back lot there. Nothing had been done. When I spoke to Vinny he was rude and defensive, and took no responsibility for their error. There are lots of body shops in Oakland. You can do much better than this one. It's not so much the error of omission as the rudeness and failure to take any responsibility. read more

I cannot love this place enough!!! When we were rear ended last year our insurance recommended this place. They were incredible to us. Finished before the deadline they set, communicated with us the entire time and were so incredibly friendly!!!! We dealt with Dr Quan Nguyen. I cannot rave enough about him and his customer service!!! So when I had to take my car in because of a message on my dashboard about our blind spots he took care of me again. Even though it wasn't even their responsibility because it had nothing to do with their previous work, he fixed it and took care of the oil change that our car needed but I had been postponing until Covid-19 had calmed down. He treated me like I was family the moment he took the call. You know how you always want to have a doctor and a mechanic in the family for the "hook ups" and for the "free advice" when you need it??? Well the level of service from the quality of care to the level of care they give you as an individual feels like we scored one in our family! Very negligent. Dropped a camaro off here and we drove off and it broke down down the street, seems like they didnt even test if they fixed it. Then makes us pay another 1,500$ to say it was the computer. Took them over a month to say the car was done. Asked to go on a test drive and it was a problem for them. I asked for part identification and pricing to see what they put in the car, which we have the right to know but man at the desk said its "Confidential" this shop thinks people are stupid I have ASE certification and didnt wanna give him the argument he was starting. I serviced both my sister and my car here. They have a strong team to provide great service and quick communication. They even have a small snack station in case customers wait at the shop. One of my tires got punctured, and they were able to fix it on the same day. But then my tire pressure sensor was still turned on when I drove home. I called them right back, and they adjusted the tire sensor free on charge and checked of all them before end of the day. What surprised me was that Vinny texted me in the evening to ensure the tire pressure sensor light turned off. read more

4.5 stars because we did have a communication issue mid-way through and we ended up having to do extra legwork to make sure we got everything done right. But they got it done right and we walked away very happy! My teenager rear ended someone on 580 bumper to bumper traffic in the Maze. The front end was jacked up and while we could drive it, the passenger door couldn't be opened and the drivers side door could only open like 30%. Vinny, Denise, and the team took care of our car. They got us in and got the assessment going. Once our insurance signed off Fast Collision got cracking. When they deduced that a bunch of parts under the hood needed repair they immediately submitted the request for more funds from our insurance settlement and kept on working. We had a major delay due to supply chain issues and that's where I had to get on them about active communication so we would be kept in the loop about timelines and what not. But I only needed to say something once. We had a false alarm where they thought it was finished, but we had a sensor issue with our head lamps. The insurance mandated that they use after-market parts and it was a bad idea. But Fast Collision didn't leave us in the lurch. They pushed back on our insurance company and got the Toyota brand parts at no additional expense to us. And they made sure we didn't pay out of pocket for a couple of Lyft rides when it turned out that we had to bring the car back for the additional repairs. We chose them because they are a new (ish) Mom & Pop shop and we thought we'd give them a chance. We're glad we did as we're pleased with the results. read more

I had just gotten into a collision and was stressed financially by the whole situation. Maria was incredibly helpful and willing to work within my budget. The staff repaired the damage for an affordable price, and even cleaned my car. I was very impressed by how quickly they got everything done! My Tesla ran over a massive boulder. Brought it in and immediately was greeted by the owner Quan. He had it up the lift within 10mins. It took them another 15 minutes to get in and determine the radiator got punctured. Quan ordered and paid an uber for me. When I got him Quan called and asked for the key... it was in my pocket! My car had a dent on the back door of the driver side and was looking around for a collision repair shop so I went to one I previously liked and they were charging me $1800. I then went on and looked for another one and come upon Fast Collision Center. From the start I felt at home with the friendliness and kindness of the staff. When they told me the price to fix the dent I was shocked of how low it was and decided that I don't need to look no further. I dropped it off Monday and picked it up Thursday. While waiting to pick up my car I was never worried because from past reviews on Yelp and from photos they showed me of their previous works I knew I left my car in good hands. When I went to pick up my car I saw no more dent. I only paid to remove the dent and along with that they cleaned the headlights and vacuumed my car. I will definitely come back (I hope not lol) if I ever have a problem with my car. When my son was in a collision on a Saturday afternoon, I called Fast Collision Center. They said we could have the tow truck deliver his car there and they would stay late if necessary to make sure the car was delivered and locked up securely in their facility. From the very beginning their customer service was beyond exceptional. Since it was Thanksgiving week, it took the insurance company a few days to do the appraisal, but Fast Collision Center was ready to order parts and start the repairs the minute it was approved. Denise at Fast Collision Center is a treasure! Due to the holidays, the weather and supply chain issues, the repairs took longer than expected, but she was in constant contact with us and the insurance company to make sure we were updated every step of the way. Whenever we would call with a question or concern she retuned our calls within minutes and made us feel comfortable in a very stressful situation.
