Joseph's extensive knowledge about the Lexus brand and his exceptional customer service skills made such an impression that I found myself returning to the dealership the very same afternoon. Joseph was incredibly prepared and efficient. When I arrived, he was already waiting for me with the paperwork nearly complete. This level of readiness made the entire process smooth and stress-free, allowing me to sign and leave quickly. If you're in the market for a Lexus, I highly recommend stopping by West Kendall Lexus and asking for Joseph Bolanos. I guarantee he will treat you like family and accommodate your needs just the way you want. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thank you, Joseph, for such a great experience! Shout out to my guy Jorge in Finance department and the insurance gentleman. The service advisor who assisted me, Dioel, treated me poorly throughout the entire process. His attitude was unprofessional, and he did not show concern for my situation or offer helpful solutions. I asked for transportation assistance, such as an Uber or any help getting home, and was told nothing was available and that I had to be placed on a waiting list. I also asked about getting a rental vehicle, but no immediate solution was provided. What made the situation worse was that the rental information was sent to me two days later at 4:00 PM, after I had already made my own arrangements. During that time, I received no meaningful support or communication. When a vehicle is under warranty and the customer depends on the dealership, a much higher level of service and professionalism is expected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

After waiting 20 min for the place to open, I see where I was at going up first. & surprise surprise there were model cars there & I had to go behind the cars that were in front of me and behind me. I felt stupid. But anyways, I waited about 14 mins from 8am to get service. So the gentleman gave me a coupon for a free breakfast. I went to the cafe area and it looks clean & the cafe con Leche I had was good & the pastelito was good too. So from 8:14 - 9:48 I waited for my car to be done. I received it after a nice car wash & vacuum. People were courteous, and decent time was waited upon for a Saturday morning. The lobby was decent with comfy soft seats unlike its Toyota service counterpart. I heard my name & the lady must of yelled it out a few times. Which that's unprofessional in my opinion. But it could of been a slip of the tongue which happens to all of us... my cell number was in the system. Over all, I think it was a good experience in service.

Thankfully I moved to West Palm Beach so I didn't have to deal with shady deals like that anymore except that when I went to take my car in to my local Lexus dealership, they said they wouldn't fix my door handle now because I had reached 50,000 miles.
