The Father & son duo are complete con artists that play good cop, bad cop along with their put you at easer lawyer as they hope you run out of time to get your car they stole back or simply just give up because you can't find the cash to meet their demands of buying your car outright from them for 10's of thousands more then you already agreed to at the dealer before they steal it from you. They will approve you for a loan, then repeatedly raise the requested deposit amount because they know they have no intentions on allowing you pay the loan off through payments. They want as much cash up front then they tow the car without warning. They have all cars on trackers, they have tow drivers and workers following your cars. If they see ANYONE drive your car (friend, family etc.) they will claim you violated the lease terms and are renting your car out. Car gone. They will claim you don't have insurance on the car and tow it. After you prove you had insurance they will demand full payment and thousands more to get your car back. Car gone. They will track the miles your driving and where you go, they will use 'too much driving and adding of miles' tow your car. Car gone. They will report YOUR car stolen while all payments are on time which can risk you and your families lives when police draw down on you in traffic thinking you stole your exotic car. I've never seen or experienced a sicker group of people and their employees. You go from celebrating your life dream of working for and acquiring your dream car to having the same company who approved you plan to steal it and your money from the moment you send the security deposit and get your temporary keys. Price for the white bmw 328i was $22,800 approx. Made a down payment of $5000 then made a year of payments of $367, sometimes $389 for late fees. Well they always send me threats of repoing my car even if it's one day late. They claim that they only work with high risk customers who have no social security or credit history... They don't report any payments to the credit bureau. And they repoed my car for failure to show proof of insurance when in fact I had made car insurance changes just not received even a phone call to make sure everything was ok... the interest rate is so high it's like I've been renting a car for a year. I know that I'm supposed to read fine prints and nobody influences your purchase except the seller and dealership but this has been truly a nightmare... I would never again make this mistake and can't believe business like these continue to rip off young responsible US citizens... I was born in the us and have all the rights to be treated as such. And even though I have poor credit I deserve to be treated without discrimination and ethically as well... my pay off is so high I'm just stuck with this car now... it's a shame how I got played and abused and it's just messed up. Let me be the first to say, that that is complete bull. I Kelly Blue Book searched the vehicle, and they said used, would be about $7k, so I was expecting a good $3,000 as a loan. But apparently, since this company cannot make a 200% profit margin off of me, I guess I cannot receive a little bit of HELP. I'm absolutely disgusted by what I was told, I feel that this company is just out for themselves, I was lured in by a commercial that promised help and aid, and instead was blindsided by the behavior of these people. i wasn't asking for much, but instead what I got was LIED to, and told that my car is literally worth nothing.
