Horrible service!! The 2 times I've taken my bike their they have opened 15 minutes late. You would think they would apologize for opening late but the person didn't even apologize. The first time they did and OK job. The second time I brought 2 bikes in despite the first bad customer service experience, but they're right around the corner from my job so it was convenient to drop them off there and hope they'd do a better job - they didn't. Not only did I have to wait again 15 minutes but when the guy that opened showed up he didn't even greet me at the door. They gave me a ticket that said my bike would be ready by Friday 12pm. It took them 3 days to have my bikes ready and it was a simple tune-up. That Friday I called around 2pm to see if my bikes were ready the guy who answered the phone with an attitude said that it would be ready by 4pm because they were busy. Again, no apology for the delay. Well, when 4 came around I called again to see if they were ready and a different guy said that they hadn't even started on my bikes. I told them that they didn't stand by their word and I needed my bikes ready by 5pm because that's when I would go pick them up and the gentlemen said "what part of we're busy don't you understand". Of course, I got mad and told them that I needed my bikes ready. Finally, at 5 I picked up my bikes, the next day riding bike I noticed that they didn't even do the breaks. All they did was inflate the tires, oil the chain and wash them even though I paid for the "gold tune up". The only positive is that they have nice bikes a competitive prices. read more

I needed my bike fixed and I was coming from West Kendall to Doral. I called ahead of time since it was nearly closing time. The owner was very courteous and assured me he'd try his best to wait for me if I happen to come a few minutes after closing, even though he had a scheduled meeting shortly after. I got there just in time. I let the owner know I can just drop it off and we would take care of everything else that following day so he can get to his meeting. He didn't budge and decided to take care of me on the spot, we closed out the transaction that evening. He was communicative and accommodating. This is what customer service is all about. We went today to purchase a bike for my nephew, according to the web description, the bike comes with tires Kenda as you can see in the link below. https://www.rbcycles.com/pro.../scott-contessa-24-368381-1.htm When I request to honor the offer the seller person want me to pay additional in order to install the tire offering on the web site, this is unacceptable is a fake advertisement, they basically took advantage because there is not bike on the market now, and we have to pay the full price anyway, plus de want to decline the adjustment of the bike before a leave.. 100% not recommended read more

I started road cycling back in December and wasn't as comfortable or efficient as I thought I should have been. I learned about the Guru fitting method and researched it online and booked an appointment with Santiago and After 2 hours of fitting I felt totally different. I feel more comfort. Today I went to get a small adjustment and the service was also excellent.
