Nice and meaty, very tender and flavorful. I'd give them 9/10. Cabbage was seasoned well. They get 8/10. Candied yams were delicious. Would definitely get them again! They get 10/10. Needless to say, I enjoyed my meal. I had enough for another meal the next day. The second time I ordered the Fried Chicken platter with candied yams, Mac and cheese and a side of collared greens. The fried chicken was just ok. It tasted like it wasn't freshly made and not seasoned. Maybe sitting around for a few hours. The chicken gets 6/10. The Collared greens were surprisingly good, with a mild taste of vinegar to give it a little kick. They were well seasoned and tender. The collars get 9/10. The Mac and cheese was just ok (if u don't know what good mac and cheese taste like.) The mac and cheese gets a 5/10. A little dry and not cheesey at all. Needless to say the yams were yamming again. Always my favorite, they get a 10! The delivery was fast and the food came hot and wrapped well to avoid spillage. The prices for a platter, range about $14-25 dollars with 2 sides. Any additional sides are $5. No real complaints. I love that they are pretty generous with the portions they give you. I would definitely order from Top Notch again. Probably try something different to go with my candied yams :)

It's cash only, which I happened to see as a pop-up box on the website. So it wasn't adverts enough for my friend to have known this. I was disappointed about my eggs because I asked for them to be over hard. They were runny. I might as well stick to scrambled eggs at this point. Other than that, the food was mediocre at best. My friend said her hash browns were hard. The orange juice was the best thing I had. Service was okay. I wasn't really anything spectacular and it took a while for the server to come over in the first place. It's pretty inside but it was cold. It's winter time--I could use a little more heat!

Next, I looked at the young lady behind the register and she gave me an apologetic look. I then told the nasty older woman behind the counter that I refuse to spend my hard-earned money on a business that doesn't respect those who help keep their business open. At that point I was with the ban on Asian businesses that I heard about. I will NEVER patronize The Wok, especially the Broad Street location

2 Star Service - 4 Star Shrimp…read more As a die-hard fried shrimp fan, I'm always searching for a great spot. I drive past Binzini's all the time and decided to finally check them out since they have been around for years. My unusual experience started before I even arrived. I searched Google and Yelp high and low for a working phone number to place an order in advance, but the listed numbers did not work. When I walked in around 5:30 pm, I asked the owner about the online phone number debacle. He explained that due to spam calls, they intentionally do not list their number online. Instead, they expect customers to physically come in, read the handwritten signs on the wall, and write the number down for future use. For a modern business, this is a very strange and inconvenient practice. The odd business practices didn't stop there. I happened to visit on a Thursday, which features a half-price fried shrimp special. Perfect timing, but when I tried to order fries, they were already sold out. I also noticed a large poster menu listing steaks, hoagies, burgers, and seafood platters. When I asked if those were available, the owner said they normally are, but because they were short-staffed and only had one chef that day, they were strictly serving fried shrimp. Having been back since, I only ever see people getting the Thursday shrimp special, so I highly doubt the other menu items are ever actually available.
