I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment and Ali told me to just come to the office when ever I could. This was by far the best title and tag experience I've ever had. No DMV, no long lines, no waiting, and no bad attitude from people who hate their jobs. Ali was super. Fast, very efficient, super helpful and professional. It took all of 10 minutes and I had my historic vehicle tags and registration. It took 10 minutes because I forgot to bring my insurance information with me and had to text Hagerty insurance for the policy information. But Ali was super understanding and said it was no problem and to take as much time as I needed. I will never go to the DMV again. EZ Title Company was amazing. Despite rushing to get there, we arrived a few minutes after closing. He was actually getting in his car, but he willingly went back inside and helped us! We were in disbelief that he would do that on a Friday afternoon at 6pm. He was extremely pleasant and efficient. As we were finishing, someone else rushed in the door and he was just as accommodating to him. The whole process took about 5 minutes and we learned that the DMV had actually misinformed us on a few issues. I bought a used car and needed to get temp tags and to title the vehicle in my name. The whole process from arrival to exit took about 10 minutes, and there was no waiting. Received the actual title in the mail in about a week or two. The place is nice, has a waiting area, and the staff was professional. I highly recommend it. I went to Fast and EZ Tag and Title to obtain new registration and sticker for my vehicle which had temporary 30 day registration contingent on successful MD State Inspection. The entire process literally took between 3 to 5 minutes. I repeat, the whole process took no longer then 5 minutes! I left with new registration and a sticker for my license plate. I spent over two hours at the MVA prior to driving over to Fast and EZ Tag and Title. They charged about $30 more then the MVA and it was worth every single penny. I will never go to the MVA again. Such a disappointment after my mechanic recommended him. I took off work to go to dmv promptly at opening time of 0830 but my mechanic told me EZ was the best deal going. After I got my MSI paperwork from the mechanic at 0840, I figured waiting another 20min for the 0900 opening time couldn't hurt. After leaving three voice messages and talking to adjacent business owners, it's now 0935 and no response from EZ. Thanks for wasting my time. Off to the DMV I go. read more

Wow. I moved to Maryland from California, and like most states, the motor vehicle administration has so many forms and red tape, I was receiving twenty different directions on how to register my vehicle in Maryland. And it is a big deal because if you do not register your vehicle appropriately, you have to pay 6% in taxes on the value of the car and since I just bought a brand new car in 2013, you can imagine it would have been thousands of dollars so it was important to me to follow the rules. I found out about Fast & EZ Tag and Title from Pep Boys after I completed the required MD State Inspection of my car. Ali at EZ knows the MD process back and forth. He got me started by helping me file the necessary forms with MVA to have my title switched from CA to MD (something that no one else, or form, had specified was requirement and it takes 3 weeks of the 60 day allowed period you have to register your vehicle), and therefore, saved me $2400.
