On my THIRD visit, I was told I needed ONE additional document, which I brought to my FOURTH visit. So, MVA, Governor Wes Moore and all public servants of the friggin MVA, why is there an additional requirement when it was not identified on the initial or even third visit for that matter? I really don't like to call anyone incompetent, but the level of service, incompetence inadequacy and inefficiency is nothing short of PISS POOR. Why does every window at the damn MVA have different requirements? Containing frustration when dealing with the MVA is an understatement.

She was very helpful and friendly and when I asked for help with all of my issues, I anxiously waited to be told that I would need to come back. Well, I was wrong ago. When Philadelphia was occupied by the British, the Continental Congress met in the new Maryland State House. It was there in 1783 that the Treaty of Paris was signed declaring an end to the struggle between the combatants. It was also in this place that George Washington resigned his commission as Commander of the Continental Army, and returned to private life until elected first President of the United States. Today, Annapolis is the capital of Maryland and the home of the U.S. Naval Academy. It is an attractive city, with strong ties to its past and oriented to the Bay that has provided so many resources to the people living there. For visitors like us, it is a good cultural place to hang out for a few days. The Academy is worth a half day tour for the midshipmen parading on campus and the naval museum. Main Street is worth a few hours to stroll and explore this old architecture and tourist zone where there are things to buy if of that inclination. The Maryland House at the top of Main Street and close by the capital rotunda, is a great stop for a drink or meal, as it looks and feels much as it did when Ben Franklin, John Adams and John Jay celebrated the signing of the Treaty of of Paris next door. We hoisted one to their honor in the darkly wooded tavern. Finally, check out the city dock area, where you can watch the sailing boats in the harbor and bay, grab a water taxi for a tour, and a table in front of the Federal House for a fresh seafood lunch. This area is very picturesque and steeped in American history. It is well worth a couple of days to explore. And, if you're into blue crabs, the best place to indulge.

I was able to eventually enroll in health and the plan stated it had dental plan but when I enrolled I was informed I would now proceed to the eligibility determination for dental. And we were ineligible. How? Is healthcare the only thing available for special enrollment? Also, it told me several times my kids would be under medicare or MCHP. Someone on the phone said the same, but then I get a plan that has us all on there no MCHP. I get a call to confirm my income. She didn't confirm a thing but told me I can't receive and tax credits. I asked why because I see $823 a month in a credit. She says well ok if you see it then it's ok. WHAT? I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there were never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.
