I went to this one and it said there was about a 9 minute wait time. This was around 11am on a Saturday. The process was very smooth. I am surprised the state of Virginia doesn't have this. Such an efficient drive-thru emissions inspection. I got in line, once I got to the booth they asked for my MVA emissions request, they put a sensor for the gas cap test, I stepped out for like 3 minutes to pay while they did an OBD test, then given a print out and done. I was out in fifteen minutes, I was expecting at least half an hour.

I called the business and I loved that you didn't have to have appointment to be seen. So you could just be driving in the area and be like "hmmm I want darker tint" stop by and they got you. I've always wanted to get darker tint and my tint has been on my car for 11-years so it was time. So I pulled up and I'm not sure if he was the owner or manager but he told me to go inside and he would be right with me. He was outside talking to a customer. He came in and got me about 15 minutes later to see what I wanted. So we walked over to my car and I said I wanted the 5% all over and the top of the windshield done. So because I had to get my old tint taken off he gave me a pretty good deal. Instead of charging I believe $90 for the take off she charged me $80 and threw in the windshield for free. For a 4- door coupe it starts at $140. So my total was $220 for everything which I think was a really good price. I and brand inside and they have some nice music on and a vending machine if you want a drink and a snack while you waited. They took about an 1 hour to get me in and out which was great because I had a couple more stops to make. And it's a lifetime warranty I believe besides if your window is broken out. So if y'all in the area stop by and give them a try. I will be back because they also offer car detailing and Mr. Black really need to get that done! I'll add pictures at a later date.

I saw that they had great reviews and I decided to call and make an appointment. Come to find out, they don't take appointments so I was able to just drive there and be serviced. The owner is super friendly, very attentive, and gets an A+ for great customer service. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. When I went the first time, I needed my tint to be removed to pass state safety inspection. That experience was great! They are very professional and very quick. I then returned to get my windows tinted again and of course, they did a wonderful job again! I only needed the front windows tinted so they did an amazing job of matching the tint of the back windows. The lobby is nice and clean and has great air conditioning for hot days. I had a pleasant encounter with every single staff member that I saw. I 100% recommend and would definitely return if I ever need tint services again!

Staff is great, from the security guard that was so helpful, to the bureaucrat with the sense of humor that helped me out with my Social Security card. Do not trust this business; they tried to scam me, and I had to go through UHaul to get my money…read moreback. I went to Tag and Title Boutique to drop off my U-Haul reservation. I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there were never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.

Although I appreciate the original staff, I will say some of the new staff members do have the same energy and positive attitudes as the original. The one who helped me a few days ago was very apologetic and nice through the entire process. I don't know her name since she's new, but she restored the store's integrity for me. Although I will most likely come back for future businesses, I will 100% be looking inside who is working first. I'd like to keep a positive vibe when buying, so I'd prefer having great service from those I know have positive energy and mindset. I recommend if you have a first poor interaction, either call back and see if you can get someone else or shop around for a different experience. I do not recommend sharing your concerns. the reaction mat shock you. I had a previous great experience with one of the attorneys. you may still get a great experience. everyone has their own experience. on a technical perspective, I recommend an upgrade of the phone systems to allow transfer of calls to a different receptionist upon request. helps with resolving concerns and preventing future ones.
