I was prepared to use this service to help transfer my title and get my vehicle registered. The helpful staff member that greeted me at the counter also worked with me to get everything sorted out. After looking into my receipts, she spotted an error- the state had already charged me to retitle my vehicle, but the lender had not done the work. She told me I needed to go back to the MVA and have them look into it. This saved me at least $200! She could have helped me re-do the work and get it finished, but she told me the best way to proceed was to go back to the state.
