I was seated for maybe five minutes when my number was called telling me which window to go to. The woman who helped me was pleasant, had me verify a few things on the little screen, took my picture, tested my vision, took my money and I was out out the door by 848. Unbelievable. All very, very efficient.

I went there today with a 2:30 pm appointment at 10:12. I was able to schedule a new appointment for 10:15 AM and as soon as I checked in, the representative called me to her station. If you need to turn left to exit, I recommend going through the center to get to the light. The line starts much earlier than opening hour at 8 am. People started lining up at 7 am on the Saturday when I went. I will say coming early is always well worth it! They have 25 tellers so it goes quickly if you have all your paperwork ready. I also liked that when I did have to fill out paperwork, they kept me at the teller. She said we didn't have to leave because we are her customers, which was a different experience than the one in fair oaks where they would make you wait again if you didn't have the paperwork properly filled out.

On my FOURTH (4th) visit to the MVA to handle titling issues, I was told I NOW needed additional documentation. On my THIRD visit, I was told I needed ONE additional document, which I brought to my FOURTH visit. So, MVA, Governor Wes Moore and all public servants of the friggin MVA, why is there an additional requirement when it was not identified on the initial or even third visit for that matter? I really don't like to call anyone incompetent, but the level of service, incompetence inadequacy and inefficiency is nothing short of PISS POOR. Why does every window at the damn MVA have different requirements? Containing frustration when dealing with the MVA is an understatement.

She helped me with transferring a van to my son in PA. I had almost headed to the MVA in Landover where I would have waited and waited only to find out that I didn't even need to be there!
