The customer service is very good and the pizza is good. They are fast and super friendly.

Decent pizza, but for a phone order and scheduled pick up time, it was not made until I arrived. That was disappointing...

Zero stars if possible! Terrible pizza not just burnt but with larvae I guess this is what $8 gets you read more

I usually order from this place. Ordered many boxes of pizzas for a party. Pre order. And they were room temp/cold. I spoke to the person on the phone of my concern, instead of apologizing he gives me excuses. And said they were cooked an half an hour so before I was supposed to pick them up. If that was so, the boxes would be warm and the pizzas would be hot. They had to be made waaaaaay in advance. Nasty. read more

Horrible customer service and horrible working conditions for there workers. Their prices went up and their customer service went down.

Craving pizza tonight so I took a chance on trying something new. Fast 5 pizza on Doordash. I've never had it before. Big mistake! I'm very disappointed and still hungry. I refuse to finish the meal. I got the family special #2 with breadsticks, pizza and a liter. The food had NO taste and is like cardboard. The pizza was flat and had no seasoning taste. ANYWAYS NEVER AGAIN read more

Better service needed!! Called for an order pick up not available! No utensils available either. Bathroom also out of service. read more

i never write reviews good or bad HOWEVER old guy with the glasses and hat has DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!! i called ordered a pepperoni pizza for PICK UP 40 mins before closing he said "no cash only card because we're closing" ok fine, then the "how long are you going to take, can you make it quick we're closing" MIND YOU 40 mins before closing !! i pulled up door bell rang he had us waiting for almost 10 mins and we were the only ones there. lol. then he says "hi you were the one who ordered the pepperoni pizza RIGHT??" yes. "HUH?!" YES! "ok cause i'm barely making it so your gonna have to wait." uhhhhh weren't you in such a rush to close early why are u barely putting it in? lol ANYWAYS whole time attitude was like someone who hates their job. must be because this is the 2ND TIME with that same attitude! we walked out because i'm not giving my money to a business with employers/owners like that obvi so i told him you know what keep the pizza we're not paying, your attitude is nasty" and he YELLED "yeah get out of here"... LIKE I SAID NASTYYY AND MF RUDE so then when we yelled back he tried to act tough trying to puff up his chest & taking his apron off LOLLL i HIGHLY recommend you double think & reflect because you never know WHO your starting $hit with. how more immature and embarrassing can you get at your GROWN age lol read more

Pizza always tastes amazing !!!!!!! Service is awesome, great customer service. My family's favorite pizza place

My husband just picked up an order from here, I paid under my name but let them know my husband was going to pick it up. They were super rude and transphobic! I don't care what your stance is, there is no need to be rude. Absolutely worst treatment he has ever gotten in Riverside, and I'm so upset by this. The food is not worth this treatment, and isn't even great. Nor is it cheap as it used to be, so not coming back. Extremely don't recommend coming here. If I could give a 0, I would. read more

This place looks like they don't care they never answer the call when I go to pick up my order they take for ever to come to the front. Or it's when ever they want to. Bad customer service. read more

Great value and very fresh, great tasting pies! I got 3 pizzas last night and they were all delicious. The dough and crust tasted very fresh with a slight hint of buttery goodness. Not greasy at all, and the cheese had a great taste as well. I got a pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza, and one with chorizo, jalapeños, and onions, and they were all awesome. Even the dessert cookie was fresh baked and actually tasted way better than the cookie you get from the big 3 delivery chains. I have to say I was impressed and the food at this Fast 5 Pizza really exceeded my expectations. Way better than Little Caesars too. Highly recommend!!! read more

I like this place so much better than lil Cesar's pizza. And even if you want to add more than one topping it's not that much more in price.

I was pretty disappointed ordering from this place, after reading the reviews I was pretty excited to try a new pizza place. I placed an online order ( and payed online) and once I got to counter they were charging me , on top of that our pizza order wasn't even correct . Had to wait another 10 minutes for our pizza. read more

bad didn't get to try the pizza cuz the worker wouldn't even open the door for us to order. it's 9:25 on a saturday night and they close at 10 but he wouldn't even open the door. i'm hungry man. going to pizza hut :( edit: forgot to mention but we had ordered 30 minutes before that and they were going to call us back for our credit card but didn't. that pizza hut was really good read more

Bad service. Asked for extra sauce and cooked crispy and was ignored. Wanted jalapeño but instead said I asked for pepperoni. I don't know how those two words are similar. The whole order was a mess. The pizza is not great. Worst than little ceasar. Called the guy and he said the guy was new who cooked the pizza but nothing was done to make the situation better. Won't be eating here again. read more

This is the worst Fast 5 location I have ever been to. Management is horrible, Juan is the worst manager and does not know how to talk to customers. This business is going to sink. read more

Decent fast and cheap we go here often for my family. We will continue to go here for the price and the pizza is not greasy!!

Came to pick up orders, the doors were locked lights were off and it was 9:40. sign says they close @ 10pm but I was told by a tall employee that they were already closed since 9. "They had tried to cancel the orders" seems they decides to stop working @ 9 & decided to make their own closing hrs. They all 3 left at 950pm. Maybe hire ppl who want 2 wrk. read more

Love there pizza and wings! Way better than lil ceasers pizza. We buy pizza from here every other Friday and my family loves it!

This is the "upscale" Little Caesars. You can expect to spend the same amount of money here for pizza that is better than the pizza at Caesars down the street. It's $5.50 for a pepperoni or a cheese pizza, it's made quickly, and you can call ahead to order. The place itself isn't kept very clean as some others have noted, and customer service is generally nonexistent, but people are just here to get pizza and leave. I would come back here for cheap pizza though. read more

Pizza crust should be either good or invisible. Can be thick & chewy, thin & crispy, or even deep fried (requires a hot oven), which is actually very good. Fast 5 is cheap and good for the working man, but the crust is tough. Who wants that?! When the family wants this stuff (I rarely do), we often get Little Caesar's. Tried the 5 and...no bueno. Maybe the factory made dough was dropped off the truck too many times. read more

Surprisingly good and close to us. Way better then any of the other pizza chains. Definitely need to give it a try. We stayed away thinking pizza this inexpensive could not possibly be edible but indeed it is and actually really good. read more

Super friendly cashier this morning and decent pizza. Would return again if I needed gas from Arco™ and a hankering for cheap pizza

Every time I order from Fast 5...it's always fresh and tasty! I love that they don't skimp on toppings and the bread is my favorite. Many people on here are comparing this pizza with Little Caesars and it is a bit more pricey because the quality doesn't compare. You get what you pay for. Honestly the quality of this pizza beats pretty much all other pizzas and the prices aren't too bad. I definitely recommend everyone to try it. read more
