Anything you want to know about good men's clothing, go ask Charlie. The price is high, we paid around $2000 for a 2 piece suit and tie, but for a custom suit (custom lining, name embroidered inside, custom pockets, everything) you should expect to pay more. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve.
