Still, the woman in purple, (I will call her Clarice) let me take some pictures of the items she was selling. I did not see anything that would work for me in the options of men's rings. I brought it to the local major fine jewelry store that usually services my watches for a routine battery change. They informed me that the watch was not working and would need a new mechanism. That being said, I have a long relationship with the jewelry store and completely trust them... they have always done great work. But, before having them replace the mechanism, I brought the watch to Randy of Specialty Watch Repair. He spent about an hour with the watch. When he returned, the watch was back in working order. He informed me that a spring had popped out and that he had replaced it. I don't even want to say how little he charged as his place would be too full.
