This car wash is horrible. They don't wipe any of the inside. They don't vacuum properly just look at the pics and then on top of that they don't clean the vacuums either that they used to vacuum your car so for example, mine they must've vacuumed a car with sand and then got sand all over my car I was a loyal customer. I would always go no longer.

That white smudge mark was me seeing if it was hard to get off. Nope...just missed.

I wanted to love this place because it's been here forever and seemed like it was going to be good. Places like Fast 5 some times do not cut it. For the price, I'd go back to Fast 5 and clean the interior myself. Too many spots on the exterior and interior were missed. The time I waited, I was better off cleaning myself. Attached is a picture showing a large spot behind my back tire that was missed. It was my fault for not missing it and I would take total blame; however, I had already asked the attendant to wipe my back windshield that he had already missed. I didn't want to seem like an anal customer. There are better places out there. Going on Tuesday ($2 off) and if tip wasn't recommended, I'd rate this a 3. But with a normal wash being that costly, coupled with a tip...it's a no for me.

You paid 37.95 bucks for this type of crap, and all that manager had to say is: "your car was dirty, just go inside and pay"

They spilled solution in my car

Nick & Francisco worked miracles! All but one deeper scratch was GONE, my car looked new again! Worth every penny, plus I'll try to come more regularly for sure. Grateful it was a gorgeous day, waited outside at one of the tables to watch, plus they kept me updated on status. Also, the cashier inside was super nice, and friendly. Wish I took pix!

I saw this car wash having a promotion on those mail catalog booklets and also at Albertsons Arcadia. I saw that the prices were competitive against the other local car washes (faschings and temple city car wash). So I took my bmw x1 to Nu Way. My first impression is..ok it's a mom and pop business. What I love about these old car washes is that they have windows that show you your car being washed. But this one does not clean their windows and you really can't see what they're doing. I then went into the cashier/store area. Really gives me a 1970s vibe. But the ceiling tiles were bulging/swollen like when it last rained, the roof was leaking. So far so...ok, I was waiting for my car and then I went outside to the patio where I think there used to be a fountain but they covered it up. When my car came out of the car wash the rear tow hitch cover was missing. I thought that they remove it but after a while my gut feeling says I have to ask where the cover is. The guy who was wiping down my car said, "I don't know, ask the guys". So I went to the cashier and told them about the missing tow hitch. I then spoke to the shift supervisor and he was asking the guys where it is. No luck. Then the shift supervisor referred me to the GM, Nick. First thing that he said, "you probably came in without it". Wow, gaslighting. I can't believe the customer service skills of this guy. I told him that if he doesn't believe me, I got a video with a time stamp with me coming out of my house 15 mins before I arrived to the car wash (cuz it takes that long). He doesn't care, so he went to the video cameras in his office. Lo and behold when my car appeared for the first time in the car wash, the rear tow hitch is still there at the bumper. And then we followed the car where it goes then sometime in the middle of the car wash line the rear tow hitch cover is still there. But it's weird the car came out without it The rear tow hitch cover has a string, so it can be attached to the bumper. Its hard for it to come off unless you pull it. Nick said, "oh maybe you went to the cheap car washes in the area and that's how it got damaged bad". Look who's talking. And also, of all the car washes I went to with my car, this has to happen. And it's a 2025 bmw. If I went to a cheap car wash, you would see scratches on the clear coat. And that's not how you treat a BMW So Nick was checking out my bumper, seeing if there's a tear on the clips. He said the clips are loose. GTFO of here. I think one of their washers stole it (cuz it's nowhere to be found in the car wash line) to either stole it to sell on eBay or to just shaft it to the owner. He agreed to replace the tow hitch cover and I went on my way. He called me on my cell and he'll be in touch with me. It was nice, at least to have some sense of customer service. Went to BMW monrovia and see how much it is. $40.16. not bad. BMW monrovia is another dealer that's gaslighting especially when I rent their cars (because back then my bmw needed more than one day to service) but that's another day. Got the tow hitch replaced (reason for 2 stars). Now the question is, would i come back? Naaaahhh never ever. If you will be going to this car wash, just know the risks, especially if you got an expensive car. When I was there, didn't see premium cars and I learned from now on, this would be a red flag.

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

I've been coming here for years and have always had a 5-star experience, which makes this visit…read moreespecially disappointing. Today I paid for the deluxe wash, which is supposed to include an undercarriage wash and clear coat wax through the machine. When I arrived, I noticed there was a line due to maintenance. (Employees were on ladders working on hoses near the wash tunnel.) No problem, I figured things might just be a bit slower. But then I watched what actually happened to my car. Instead of going through the machine, my car was pulled off to the side where an employee hosed it down using a regular hose with their thumb over the nozzle. That's nowhere near the pressure needed to properly remove dirt and debris. As someone who knows a bit about car care, this immediately raised a red flag. Improper rinsing can leave particles behind that can scratch the paint when using a mitt. Sure enough, the employee went straight into hand washing with a mitt, then rinsed it again with the same low-pressure hose. I assumed this was just a pre-rinse before sending it through the machine... but it never went through at all. Instead, it was pulled around the side directly to the drying area. So I paid for a deluxe wash that includes machine services... and never received them. That's not just cutting corners, that's charging for services not rendered. On top of that, I'm concerned this process may have caused damage to my car's paint. It's a brand new vehicle with just over 1,000 miles, so naturally I'm extra cautious about how it's handled. What's frustrating is that this place has built trust with me over the years, and this felt like a clear break from that standard. Whether it was due to the maintenance situation or not, customers should be informed and given the option, not quietly downgraded while still being charged full price. In the end, it wasn't about the $40. It was about the principle. I didn't make a scene or ask for a refund at the time, but I am leaving this review because it genuinely bothered me. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for a new place moving forward.

StreamDrive was willing to provide an estimate with the details provided in messaging, unlike the other companies who contacted me! Every other businesses' response boiled down to, "bring your car in and we'll look at it." The old entrapment model of auto detailing. Where they're counting on you not having the willpower to leave if the work has already begun. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

Like some others have said, the area is a little sketch, but I was alone and there during the day and felt relatively safe. Seemed ok at that time, but not sure I'd go alone at night. I came around 1pm and was able to go right into a cleaning bay, no waiting. The vacuum cleaners are positioned before the car wash bay instead of in the back, so I really liked that bc I always vacuum before I wash the outside. The vacuum had ample tubing and reached all areas of my car. For the $1 it gave me plenty of time to do one whole side of my car (not sure the exact amount of time, but it was good value imo). I added a couple more quarters and was able to finish the whole interior, so it's ample time. I spent the $5 up front for the 13 minutes and it was the exact perfect amount of time to do my whole Mazda! I used the tire cleaner and brush, used the soap wand and then the soap brush for the whole car, rinsed, did the coat protectant and then the spot free rinse and finished just as the time expired. It was the perfect amount. Everything cleaned nicely as well! The wands and brushes have plenty of slack in their tubing and pretty much rotate entirely so you can walk around your whole car. The spot free rinse worked well too...there were a small few spots of water dried on, but hardly noticeable. They also have floor mat hangers too. Will definitely be back!

Then switch to high pressure rinse, zig zag spray while going from top to bottom going around the car just 1 lap. Switch over to spot free rinse At this point you probably have 1 min 30 seconds.
