The company's representative, Tyler, could not have been more helpful. He arrived as promised to assess the condition of the roof, take measurements and make recommendations. The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days. This is a GAF roof with an exceptional warranty and will definitely outlast me. If you're looking for great service, quality and a reasonable price for a new roof, this is the company you want to call.

We purchased a property on a one-acre lot in Sandpoint two years ago and we invited Legacy to give…read moreus a bid on the landscaping. It was a bit of a challenge because although the property is waterfront, only the backside of the garage faced the water, and the rest of the property was seriously overgrown and cluttered. Legacy first drew detailed plan proposals and after three iterations, we had a final plan that more than embodied our vision. Some of the design elements we would never have thought of and they really added to the total. Next we got a detailed cost breakdown and timing. Having dealt with other contractors extensively, I did not expect the budget and timeline to be followed, but they were! We of course, made changes as we went, but each time, Joey would come out to discuss and then he would produce revised schematics, timing and pricing. As a result, there were never any surprises. The end result far exceeded our expectations and we have received lots of kudos from our friends & neighbors (some have hired Legacy themselves!). So this could not have been a better experience and I think this comes down to excellent architecture, superb project management and a steady team that not only knew what they were doing, but also had an artist's touch. When I received the contract I signed it and set a installation date. I was shocked when the job was done and it was a smooth wall, looking very Institutionalized. When I reviewed the contract it did in fact say smooth. Yes, my bad for assuming our agreed discussion was the final product. The installer was polite but lacked any attention to detail and efficiency. I had to point out areas that he forgot to caulk, left the basement wide open, used the bathroom and all the toilet paper and then didn't flush! He didn't clean up and left dust and dirt everywhere. The position of the hardware is way to high and defiantly not even close to the older fixtures. I had to call to set up an appointment for Bathfitters to re-caulk an area, specifically asked not to have the same installer as I didn't want to have a disgruntled employee that I complained about coming back in my home. And of course that's exactly what they did, by sending him back. There are too many documented dates of when I've tried to reach out to them over the months. Their follow up is horrible. Just be aware that you will be leaving dozens of emails and calls. They apologize for the miscommunication and said that they would replace the wall with the textile that we agreed upon for an extra $1k. I'm pretty dissatisfied but I did sign the contract regardless of what we agreed upon when getting the quote. Get your pocket books out it's going to be expensive.

Robert and his helper River, were here for 6 hours the first day and about 3 hours the second day on the install. They were punctual, and called us if they were going to be late. They were very professional in their job and knowledge, and very friendly and personable. They took great care in keeping the living room clean from dust, especially during the first day of demo. They picked up after themselves afterward, and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone for tile work, and stackstone installation. It was a pleasure to have them perform this job for us. We rate them 5 stars, or a ten out of a possible ten. Great job Robert and River!!
