One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

When I received the contract I signed it and set a installation date. I was shocked when the job was done and it was a smooth wall, looking very Institutionalized. When I reviewed the contract it did in fact say smooth. Yes, my bad for assuming our agreed discussion was the final product. The installer was polite but lacked any attention to detail and efficiency. I had to point out areas that he forgot to caulk, left the basement wide open, used the bathroom and all the toilet paper and then didn't flush! He didn't clean up and left dust and dirt everywhere. The position of the hardware is way to high and defiantly not even close to the older fixtures. I had to call to set up an appointment for Bathfitters to re-caulk an area, specifically asked not to have the same installer as I didn't want to have a disgruntled employee that I complained about coming back in my home. And of course that's exactly what they did, by sending him back. There are too many documented dates of when I've tried to reach out to them over the months. Their follow up is horrible. Just be aware that you will be leaving dozens of emails and calls. They apologize for the miscommunication and said that they would replace the wall with the textile that we agreed upon for an extra $1k. I'm pretty dissatisfied but I did sign the contract regardless of what we agreed upon when getting the quote. Get your pocket books out it's going to be expensive.

Also, when I asked about taking measurements so if we decided to move forward with everything later we could, he replied "No I won't take measurements today not until your husband is present so we can go over financing" In my experience with home renovations we get quotes and then discuss after to decide which company we would like to go with.. not get pressured in my own home to sign right away. Overall very poor sales techniques and if they just run on pushy, pressure sales I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
