After a 50k investment that would have been much more if we hadn't kept a watchful eye on the their screwy invoices, a threat of a lien from a supplier even though we had paid in advance and now 12 months later dealing with a sagging and warped deck, we can't imagine why this company is still in business. They were responsive and punctual. Michael showed up on time to give an estimate and provided a quote with 3 days. I was stood up and did not receive so much as a phone call from 2 other companies. 2. Prompt and professional customer service. Whenever I sent an email, my questions were promptly answered. 3. Their bid was fair and reasonable. I received in total 3 bids and the one that was like for like as far as material, installation, and time, was significantly incomplete compared to Michael's, so I went with K2. 4. The work was done and completed to my satisfaction, in spite of winter weather challenges, and I appreciate that more than anything. We sought a new fence to keep our pup safe but not detract from the neighborhood beauty. We decided to go with a pressure treated posts hog wire fence. I have a high standard when it comes to completed work. I want it to look good and be aesthetically pleasing top to bottom. That was accomplished with K2. There are no gaps along the bottom of the fence, it's uniform, gates are well constructed, and concrete posts are covered. I appreciate the work they did and more importantly I love my fence.

I have a floor lamp that was a wedding present to my parents in 1949. After years of use, it needed…read moreto be rewired, so, was relegated to the basement where it sat for many years. After dad had passed & mom's health was failing, it was time to clean out the basement. I ended up rescuing the old lamp from a family yard sale, after which the it sat in my garage for a few more years. One place I called gave me an estimate of $400 to restore it! Well above my budget. Enter Revival Lighting. Had heard their ads on the radio for awhile before I finally called them. Took the lamp down (they were on Division at this time) and had them restore the lamp, changing the bright gold finish to a deep bronze. The lamp was beautiful! A few years later, we had a house fire and the original shade was destroyed & the old lamp was again relegated to the basement. Facing a move to California this past October, I wanted the lamp restored again before I left & by the only company I trusted to do it - Revival Lighting. They were able to get the lamp done for me, even with changing the finish to the Old Gold, before I had to leave in three weeks. The lamp is absolutely beautiful! Now, the search is on for a new shade! By the way, it only cost $140.00 to restore my family heirloom!
