I have been here twice during the pandemic on the drive thru, last year in August and today. Both times they messed up my order by forgetting my fries. I don't understand why they keep forgetting them bc they ask me to pull into a parking spot and they will bring my food, it's not like they rushing bc I wait longer than 5 minutes for the food to be brought to me. My suggestion to anyone coming here is check your food order before leaving the parking lot. And I hate to check my bag of food in front of their face because you get that look . This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. I drive an hour out of the way just to come here due to the amazing service I receive every time. The manager, I believe his name is arshad, is always great. He is such a hard worker every time I come into the restaurant and treats everyone extremely well. It's all smiles whenever he is around. This was awful. The onion rings were a weird orange color and the breading was tasteless and falling off. The onion slices were huge and not fully cooked. After one bite, mine went in the trash. This place is open right now which is awesome just by itself, and it has an outdoor patio where you can dine in the shade. They don't really service the outdoor patio much though, the tables are often unclean and the trash can is usually full to overflowing. Food is not bad, service on the patio is pretty minimal. I came into the restaurant and ordered usually a BLT or a club sandwich, depending on the day a nice cup of Joe, a cold coke or if I'm feeling a sweet tooth that day I get a strawberry milkshake. The food is terrific I only stomach about half of it most of the time and take the rest home to eat later. Welcome to farmer boys, farm food isn't fast food. So I came by this morning to order a Cobb salad with no bacon and double chicken. I have never been charged an extra $4.59 for extra chicken on my salad. I remember something a few months ago where they doubled your meat for $1, anyways I gladly paid the almost 5 extra dollars so that I would have a good portion of chicken. Pull out of the drive tru and look at my food and not only is the avocado pure black but there is about 9 chucks on chicken in my salad. Not even the normal portion of chicken I normally get without ordering EXTRA AND PAYING AN EXTRA ALMOST 5 DOLLARS. I took it back and asked why there is so little chicken considering I paid extra. She stated that is extra and actually a good amount. Ummm no! It was about 9 chucks of meat. Definitely not a normal portion plus $5 extra worth. Worst customer servies and food servies. Very disappointed. Went through the drive thru and ordered almost $83 worth of food and drinks for the family. We were asked to park around the side to wait, which I get because it was a lot of food. I specifically asked the girl that was working the drive thru window to make sure we had extra salad dressings for the salads, zucchini and onion rings. She assured me she would put extras. Of course when she brought the food there was only a couple dressings. Clearly not enough for 4 salads, onion rings and zucchini. The entire point of going through a drive thru is so you don't have to get out. I ended up having to go in and get more dressings and of course she had an attitude. Seriously?? Then we get home and all the food was shoved into one paper bag, the bag ripped and the fries fell on the floor. Not happy and I really don't even know why I still waste my time going to this Farmer Boys. The people here are really nice and offer amazing service. I am not a big fan of farmers because of how I would feel sick after eating at different locations. However, this is the ONLY farmer boys I will eat at. The food is amazing and non-greasy. The staff is very attentive. Very clean and well kept. After ordering food through drive thru, they made me wait in the parking lot. I didn't think it was such a big deal until 30 minutes passed. I noticed other cars who parked after me from ordering from the drive thru were getting their food before me. I went inside to inform the workers of what was going on and where was my food (I only ordered 2 burger meals). The worker swore they were treating drive thru customers in the order they received them which was not true. I'm the one sitting outside seeing others get treated before me. Cashier Miguel, was very rude and gave my family an attitude when we were trying to order. When I found out the the child's meal I ordered had a very small kid cup. I asked him to please charge me for a regular small drink. Was told we can't change the drink size on a child order. So I told him to just add another small drink on to the order. When he was reading back our order he again got the order wrong and charged me for 2 extra drinks. I told him I only needed 4 total small cups. He then told me I HAD to take the child cup I told him he could just keep it or throw it away. He argued with me and said again I HAVE to take it or I could accuse him of not giving me the cup. So I took it and throw it in the trash. What a waste and they claim they are good for the environment. Then when I went to pay he said I had to push the green button. So I did and he again said rudely, you have to push the green button. I told him I did. When the manager came over he didn't take our side on anything, just told his employee that it's ok. When I received my chicken sandwich, my piece of chicken was about 1.5 in on each half the bread. I asked them to please remake my sandwich as there was hardly an chicken. He said ok and remade it. When I started to eat it the sandwich fell apart because of too much butter and mayo. Then the fried tasted like they reheated my old fries again. I couldn't even eat them. My husband's hamburger was made incorrectly, he asked for no cheese and they left off the lettuce and tomatoes too. His patty was burned also. Never can get your order right. They don't know the difference between 1 or 2 orders. They workers need to be trained on the menu and listening skills.
