The food was ok, not as good as others in the area. The manager was smoking just outside the front door. Not a pleasant experience.

I just came from this location and I will never go back again! To be fair, I am a one hit wonder. As soon as I have a bad experience, I never go back. The lady at the counter was nice took our order read it back, and made sure everything was correct. When the food came; however, my burger was completely made wrong. Double checking the receipt to see if it was not a clerical error. It turned out it was not. I have a problem with sending food back because so much is thrown away. I took the burger to go and gave it to a friend. To add to my frustration. I never got my fries, so I left without them because everyone else was done eating. What amazes me is that the inside of the restaurant was DEAD!I find these errors when the house is quite to be unacceptable. read more

We were so impressed with Jess the manager on today. My farmers app hasn't been working and though I received an email saying I had a birthday meal it never came through on the app. Jess was very kind and gave me my free birthday meal that was so large that my husband and I shared it. Jess also didn't charge for a beverage. The meal was great and we will be back. Love your fish and zucchini!!! read more

Good Burgers, I think I still prefer Red Robin for Burgers. Their breakfast burrito with chili however should not be missed. The speared deep fried zucchini is also a winner. read more

I used to love the Farmer Boys Riverbank location when I lived there. This location, however, is a different story. When I first moved to the area it was good. I don't know if they changed cooks but 3 times they've messed up my breakfast burrito. I'm actually a fan of crispy food but burnt to the point if that's all I can taste. Nope. So the first two times he burned my bacon. This last time he burned the potatoes (all drive-thru orders). And yes I tried again and again just because I want to love this place again but I'm just done now. Burnt food is not acceptable especially when the total for a drink and a breakfast burrito is damn near $11. It should be fresh and tasty not old, crusty and burnt!! read more

The food is always good. Sometimes it can get busy and you'll have to wait a few minutes, but it's worth it in my opinion.

This place is country themed with huge and amazing burgers, when I went there for the first time I had no idea what to order but since the service was great and I always passed by the place I thought let's give it a try and to be honest not just the service was good, the place was clean, everyone is all smiles and the food was delightful I loved the farmer boy even tho I ate half ,then ringing the Bell at to tell them the food was good was the highlight of my day. I love this place! I usually get the chopped Cobb salad because it's amazing! Lettuce, chicken, blue cheese, bacon, avocados, boiled egg! So good! My boys love the burgers and fries. This was a terrible visit. Every other time I have came to this location the staff is always very nice & helpful. However on my last THREE visits I have ordered the same thing. Chopped cobb wrap. Every SINGLE time I have ordered it WITHOUT sauce! I say it when I order it and again at the window. Every single time it has came drenched in sauce. Let me start with our visit. We pull in and waited what seemed like a life time to order & to eventually get up to the window. We get up there and the girl working the drive through DROPS my debit card and I have to figure outa way to get out & grab it in a tight space. THEN I told her once more "The last few times I came there was still sauce in my wrap, do you think you can remind them no to put it in there please?" She replied "sure." She came back maybe 5 mins later and says there was a "Mix up" and its going to be a few more minutes. All the while we're seeing all the staff including the shift leader standing there talking & laughing. THEN THE SHIFT LEADER IN HER BRIGHT ORANGE SHIRT STANDS RIGHT BY THE HEAT LAMP AND TAKES HER HAIR TIE OUT, FLUFFS HER HAIR ALL OVER & OUTS HER HAIR TIE BACK IN RIGHT OVER PEOPLES PLATES!!!! YUCK!!! We finally get our food & we're beyond grossed out. The girl at the drive thru assured me there was no sauce & I asked for some extra ketchup, she handed me two additional packs. We pull out of the driveway & I have my mom check the wrap and sure enough its drowning in sauce. I pull around and go inside.... and wait...... and wait...... and wait! To be helped all the while the staff continues to laugh and talk. A worker finally walks over and asks if I need something and I said "when I ordered this wrap I asked for no sauce three times. This isn't the first time its happened and the girl at the window said she would make sure there wasn't any because I told her I live too far to come all the way back" The girl smirks and says "Well, should I have them make a new one?" at this point with her crappy attitude I had had it and just asked for my money back. This was the biggest joke. We sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins and the service this time sucked. Sure enough when we got home there was a big blonde hair in my daughters burger! I should have just taken it all back and we will never return! I am from Southern California and I decided to stop at my favorite restaurant Farmer Boys while I was visiting my daughter in Ceres. The food was presented nice and very delicious! My server was Donna and she was very friendly and more than happy to get everything I asked for (mind you I asked for ALOT)! When I started to leave I asked her for directions and she map quested it for me and helped me find my way home! We need more friendly and energy filled servers like her where I'm from! She was also working very hard I noticed I saw her taking orders in drive thru and in the dining room with no problem I was impressed! Great job farmer boys I will come back to this one everytime I visit my daughter! read more

They always get my order wrong . I get a breakfast burrito with no egg or cheese or meat just with extra has-browns and veggies . Burgers were delicious & prices were great. Food came out really quickly too (we dined in). One thing that bothered me was the inappropriate conversation 2 of the waitresses were having with the table next to ours. Besides those two waitresses, the rest of the staff was friendly & helpful. Also, with their whole fresh ingredients/no hormones/natural angle, they should offer some healthier beverages to pair. Everything was Pepsi brand soda pop & minute maid bottles drinks. Bottled water that is not by Aquafina, which is just bottled tap, or perhaps some locally made lemonades would be nice to go along with the menu items. read more

pricey for fast food, but it is a big notch above most other fast food joints. all the burgers are very good. the cali BLT was very disappointing very dry and bland and the sourdough bread was more like dry white bread, fish and chips are made with pollock and not cod so i didn't even bother. i've had the breakfast burrito before and it was good, altho again overpriced.. if you don't mind spending 6.50-7 bucks for a burger than this is a good spot for you. oh ya, the shakes are good too! read more

When Farmer Boys first came to Ceres they were so good; my family and I would eat there all the time, even though they are very pricey and tend to be slow. The past year or so the quality of the the food has been terrible; the onion rings and zucchini are all ways soggy, Toning I deciede to give it another try and knowing there food can be a little under tosted and fried I asked for my sides to be well done and the bread on my burger well done too; I was given zucchini and onion rings that the breading was so soggy it was falling off and mushy, my burger was squished flat, I threw it away after two bites. Oh, and I waited in drive though for about 20 minutes too. read more

The food here is great, large portions made however you ask! Me and my girlfriend come here often for breakfast and never have a problem! However we recently visited early in the morning, on our way out of town. A woman in a brown shirt, with black and blonde hair was servicing us. After she quickly took our order and brought us our food she sat down at a table and continuously talked to another man in the building. It was about 15 minutes before she brought us any coffee or checked on us. This place is great when the right people are here! read more

Delicious salads and French toast. Every time I go through the drive through though they show no sign of urgency. Worst time management I've ever seen in a drive thru.
