Our roof was 20+ years old, needed many new 4x8 sheets once the old shingles were removed... the "additional cost / change order ?" MINIMAL and very fair... For us, re-roofing a 1903 home with a 1927 addition and old outbuildings presented challenges that only could be addressed with an experienced foreman and his team. Certainly not a "run of the mill" type of roofing project. I obtained several quotes and was amazed at the range of prices for this project - Peak Roofing was highly competitive, accurate in the number of squares needed to complete the job and gave me a good education in the process.
