I visited Faregrounds on a Monday around lunchtime and ordered coffee and some sandwiches to try. We liked the coffee and matcha, as well as the spicy don sandwich and honey crunch wrap. The sandwich was a little heavy, but the wrap was amazing. I like that they don't use seed oils. We were told food would be a 30 minute wait, in fair warning, and it did take that long. 1 star I placed an order with Faregrounds in Beverly Hills and had a really frustrating experience. I placed an order on their website, then restaurant contracted Uber for delivery, and I clearly instructed that the food be dropped off at our building's front desk. Instead, the driver handed it off to a random person on the street. When I contacted the restaurant, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to reach out to Uber directly. The problem is, I didn't place the order through Uber--the restaurant did--so I'm unable to open a case or get any support. I'm left without my food and without any real accountability from either side. This kind of situation shouldn't fall through the cracks like this. Very disappointing. read more

The only issue I did have was when I was asking where my order was a guy just went to the back looked didn't say anything to me and than started training another person again. I would like some clarification how long my food would take. that would've been awesome a little bit more about my food taking a while to make. I was in line. I placed a pickup order through their first party platform at 10 am for a wrap and latte at noon. I ended up having to wait until 12:30 for my order. There was a lady next to me who had ordered via Uber Eats for a 12:10 pickup who ended up getting hers before me, still almost a full 20 minutes past her order pickup time. It's a little crazy to prioritize a third party delivery order, who takes fees, over orders placed using your own system. I'm a firm believer that there shouldn't be online ordering available if you cannot manage the volume. I ended up missing almost my entire lunch hour due to this unforeseen wait time. On top of that, in-restaurant food ordering had a 40 minute wait time. I did appreciate the staff being upfront about that when people were ordering, but it's insane that both pickup and in restaurant had the same extended wait times. Delicious sandwich spot! We ordered the Thai Basil Sandwich and Caprese Toast. The sandwich had great flavor and was in a nicely toasted bun. I loved the slaw and veggies that were in it. The beef was seasoned well and paired great with the veggies. The caprese toast was great as well! The bread was fresh and the tomatoes were also juicy and ripe. Being in Beverly Hills, parking can be tough but we were luckily able to find some street parking nearby. The place has indoor and outdoor seating, so perfect for a lunch or catch up. First time here trying the viral miso chicken Cesar wrap! It's $19 for 1 wrap, & honestly it was a HUGE WRAP so I can justify I got what I paid for. I ordered extra side of miso Cesar dressing which I recommend doing, because my only reason for a removal of a star was due to the high amounts of lettuce they stuff In the wrap, it kind of absorbed all the dressing & couldn't really taste much of any other ingredient because it was just so much lettuce. If that's a modification I can make on my next visit im sure this'll bump to a solid 5 star. I didnt get to try the drinks I was in a hurry but my fiancee and I shared this wrap & both got full off a 1/2 each so something to keep in mind! Will be back soon! It is in the heart of Beverly Hills, so beware parking, meters, traffic, etc. There was a bit of congestion in front of this place so it was hard to find parking but honestly, if I had time to keep looking I would've parked and walked a ways if needed because there's a bunch of site-seeing perks along the way of the 90210 so I didnt see it as much of a hinderance. Their chicken miso caesar wrap is SO good. The chicken was perfectly crispy and filled with tons of finely shaved parmesan. Their sauce is so unique and flavorful and they give extra dressing on the side (!). It is fairly expensive but can easily be two meals. 2/17/26. Incredibly slow service. Rude staff. I ordered a wrap at 10:50 and they said for me to wait 40 minutes for it. Afterwards they had multiple people who ordered large orders after me receive their order first and said it would be faster than a simple Cesear wrap. So First off I AM a real customer, I live in the inland empire and I happen to be in the area 50% of my time , so yes I have been to this establishment on multiple occasions. The past few times I have been there VS months ago have been like night and day, mentioning that it seems like management doesn't have any control over the floor is an obvious observation to most customers who have been multiple times and can see new faces, longer wait times, and no sense of quality control. There is no reason why every time I come in my latte is made different despite being the same order. Faregrounds is also a pricey establishment and there are many other coffee shops/cafes in Beverly Hills that have better service, consistent drinks, and reasonable pricing. I do not appreciate the manager/owner of this establishment saying my previous review was fake and from a "Former employee" unfortunately I have received terrible service at this café and wanted to voice my opinion as that is what YELP is for. Not every review will be a 5 star, I believe the owner should learn to take constructive criticism and realize no establishment is perfect; assuming I was an employee is insane but it's OK because as a CUSTOMER I now am assuming that this merchant must have some labor laws that are being violated. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the area. This place has completely gone downhill. The entire staff has changed, and it shows. This did not live up to the hype for me. I got the miso chicken Caesar wrap and the spicy Thai steak wrap. The Thai wrap was so spicy! I like spice but this was so spicy that it was barely enjoyable. I could not really taste the flavors, just spice. The chicken Caesar wrap did not wow me at all. The crispy chicken was not crispy, and we ordered and ate it in-store. I did not taste miso. It was just a basic wrap. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait for the food after we ordered. It was closer to 30 minutes.
