Second, if you are anywhere between a size 0-2, XXS/XS or sizes 10+, you're in luck. But any sizes in between that...good luck finding anything nice. All inventory should already be placed out on the sales floor so don't bother asking the sales associates if there's anything else in the back. The prices are fair. $59-79 for leggings, $39+ for sports bras/tops. Sometimes they have "happy hour" deals.

When I asked to escalate the matter, two additional staff members came over. One of them was notably rude, while the other, James, was more professional and apologetic. I was told this was standard store policy, which raised a simple question: if this is truly a fixed policy, why was authorization needed in the first place? The situation felt inconsistent and, frankly, left me questioning whether customers are being treated equally. I've been a loyal Nordstrom customer for over 30 years and have never experienced this level of service. Nordstrom has long been known for its exceptional customer care, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I had an amazing person help me in my dressing room in the house of cb area. She was so helpful getting me in and out of dresses, and just had a great positive energy. I ended up finally finding a dress for my reunion. One thing that to note, is that it's frustrating the amount of scent pumped in the air. My hair was saturated with it, and the clothes I bought had to be aired out in my sunroom for a week. I think a lot of stores need to realize after shopping we dont need to smell like a mix of all the stores we enter. Nor do we want our clothes to smell like them. Chemicals that last that long are so toxic, and they should aim at healthier practices. Also their long dresses are all made for models. I didnt see any petite sized formal dresses for shorties like myself. I needed to get my dress altered. I do know they have an alterations department, however I have a seamstress close to home that is more in my budget.
