First time here at Fantasy Lash. First of all, I love the city and I love this shopping center. I am so happy I finally gave in and got my lashes done. The facility itself is safe and you are buzzed in, so you know randoms don't just walk in as they please. Ambiance is nice. The shop is cutely decorated and music is relaxing. As you lay on a very comfortable table, you can enjoy the quiet, quick work of your lash specialist. This was my first time and Lucia made me feel comfortable and was a great help at figuring out what lash style and length was appropriate for me. HATE THE SET I got!!!!!! I'm also a lash artist myself (since 2018) So I knew what I wanted and I asked Veegee to do a full set D curl, with 13-16 length Mega set. (Cat eye) I'm also a first time client here. I'll start with the good: The place is clean, girls are nice, and it's close to my house. The not so good: When I opened my eyes, they were a bit curlier then I normally get. (So I was like wtf?!) So I knew it wasn't a D curl but a DD curl. (Ultra curly.) My eyes are sensitive and tearing up which is normal for me. A bit burning. But I can feel my lids hurting. I kept wondering why?!?! ......I get home and I noticed lash glue on my lid and the lashes glued to my lid as well! BIG NO NO. I also noticed she didn't fill them with the lengths I wanted. She filled them as the appearance of a mega set but with shorter length lashes as a filler not with the corresponding lengths across, top and bottom of my lash line. but rather high volume short length lash.....like with 11mm length. I'm super worried how they will grow out or peel away from my lid. Also lash damage!!!!!!!........My lashes potentially won't grow back the same. Maybe if she hadn't filled them in with such a short lash and glued them to my skin I would have been okay with them. But every lash tech knows, you NEVER glue them to the skin. EVER. they still hurt at my lids. She took ONE hour to do a new full set which is record time and a RED flag on the quality job done. Most likely won't be returning here. But definitely gave it a shot! WONT BE RECOMMENDING THEM EITHER. read more

It was my first time at Yumi Beauty and I booked a facial with microdermabrasion for my mom and me. After our facial appt we shared our experience with each other. My mom was extremely dissatisfied... we get facials often and so we pretty much know the routine. My experience: the esthetician performed the full routine-- cleanse, steam, face massage, shoulder massage, extraction, microdermabrasion, face mask, and toner/moisturizer. The light was on the entire time so I didn't feel relaxed, they only turned off the lights during my face mask. This place does not give have a relaxing ambience. My mom: she did NOT receive the same treatment as me even though we got the same thing. She didn't get a shoulder massage and no extraction. She felt the facial was incomplete and half-hearted. Although, the entire facial routine was performed, I certainly didn't feel at zen. I really wish my mom got the complete facial and felt somewhat satisfied. read more

I started going to Fantasy Lash to "test drive" eyelash extensions for my son's upcoming wedding because I wanted to look my best. I had no idea how wonderful eyelash extensions are. I personally hate wearing makeup but especially mascara, because every brand I have tried has either irritated my eyes, smudged, flaked or was difficult to remove. As soon as I got them, I started getting compliments on my appearance from family and friends. I was also so impressed with Fantasy Lash from the get-go. I wanted a natural look and not ones that were bushy or an inch long, I just wanted to improve my appearance. Kathy showed me all kinds of pictures and I decided on the ones I wanted, and she did a beautiful job. And I love the salon itself. It is clean, well-lit, has security on the door, the individual rooms are sparkling without a hint of dirt or dust, and the narrow bed you lay on while getting your lashes done have a built-in cushion to elevate your knees for comfort. Plus, Kathy is very talented, kind, gentle and polite, as are all the staff I have encountered at Fantasy Lash. I also love how when you make an appointment, you are sent a link that tells you when your next appointment is and the day before you are sent a reminder and asked to confirm. The prices are very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Fantasy Lash -- and Kathy -- to anyone who wants to give eyelash extensions a try. eyelash extensions were clumped together and looked way too thick for individual lashes. as the lashes started falling out naturally, i noticed that there were like 7-10 'hairs' per lash.. i feel like these should have been opened up or whatever the term is, rather than keeping them together like thick sticks. i got my brows tinted and laminated as well, same visit, loved them for 2 weeks, but then my eyebrows started falling out. a month later. now i have super sparse, nearly nude eyebrows. and at my age (40s) they may not grow back. i read that this happens when the laminate chemical is left on for too long. i went in hoping to thicken my brows, and now i'm worse off than when i started. got a great deal tho read more

My go -to for facials and lash extensions! I go every 2 weeks for my lash fill and as often as my skin needs for a facial! I experiment with different eyelash styles and lengths, nothing too dramatic but styles that fit my eye shape. My husband always compliments my lashes after my fill and my coworkers are always asking what style I got. The technician works with me to customize what would look best and she's always right!
