Once inside, they explained their available flavors to me, allowed me to sample some chocolates (which were fantastic) and let me choose the flavors in my order. A 16-pc box and a 9-pc box were about $119, which is on-par with the cost of other high-end chocolates. I highly recommend the arroz con dulce flavor. Upon talking to the manager, Bryan, we were dismissed as if we were unimportant and were told thank you for stopping by. He smiled slyly as if he knew that this happens often. It's clear that this is not a one night problem, but that this is a regular problem at this restaurant. The best part of the trip is the walk up coffee tour that's free. You get to walk up to the machinery and the employees welcoming you to show you how the coffee is made. Please be aware that the employees don't speak English which I could be 100% wrong, but despite that you can see the whole roasting process - FREE! You... the views alone are wonderful. Take in a fresh latte made with love.
