Let me tell you something, if you know anything about stuffed or filled Puerto Rican pastries, then you know that although most Puerto Rican bakeries accomplish a perfectly baked pastry, some of them fail at filling the pastry from end to end. That is not the case at E.C bakery. Sure... you are probably going to regret munching down on all those carbs, but it will definitely be worth it for 5-10 minutes of an orgasmic experience on you taste buds... That's right, "ORGASMIC". Ok... enough with the pastries. Thirdly, this cafeteria/bakery has a Drive Thru! You read it a drive thru!
