Service excelente y ambiente familiar.

Ricomini is a staple on the island. I wanted coffee and breakfast when I woke up. I'm an early riser. The hotel breakfast started at 0800. It was 0700 and I needed coffee. Leave it to Ricomini to be there when you need them. The local brew is delicious and did the trick. Additionally, the hash brown and egg and cheese sandwich were a pleasant surprise. The fresh bread combined with the delicious cheesy eggs hit the spot. What a great breakfast! The service was quick and the girl behind the counter was very friendly. She suggested the egg and cheese sandwich. This is a newer location compared to their oldest location in Mayaguez. The facility is new and very clean. I enjoyed it!

Puff pastry with guava and cheese, coconut pudding/tembleque and corn pudding, cinnamon roll with cheese

All the cheese/guava pastries we had were great! We came here a second time when the food truck park was all closing and got breakfast sandwiches. The mayorca ham, Swiss cheese, and egg on sweet bread was great too! A good option since they're open until 10pm and very reasonably priced. Line can get long.

Rico mini is the bakery that is very well known in Puerto Rico, especially their guava roll cakes. We walked in and it was a spacious and clean establishment. The service was quick and very attentive. Overall you must go and get their guava cakes, it's a viral sensation.

Oatmeal - you MUST TRY THIS!!

Coffee, oatmeal, farina, sandwiches (so far) have been perfect!! They bake everything onsite including bread. They have a drive through but I recommend goin inside for service if your ordering breakfast. They move fast but my opinions is inside is best for large orders. We've been here morning and late evenings. Each time has been great. Definitely our favorite spot!

Good place , extremely long lines with nice staff. A little crowded for my taste. And double check your order if not eating in.

2017's 100 Reviews Challenge! 5/100: If you are ever in…read moreRincón, this is the typical bakery/cafeteria at any "pueblo" (town) in PR. First off, let's start with the fact that even though it's in Rincón (a touristy area) the prices are still like the ones of any local cafeteria. Secondly, the pastries,'specifically the "pastel de guayaba" (Pastry filled with guava paste and sprinkled with powdered sugar) & the "quesito" are both "manjar de los dioses" (food of the gods). Let me tell you something, if you know anything about stuffed or filled Puerto Rican pastries, then you know that although most Puerto Rican bakeries accomplish a perfectly baked pastry, some of them fail at filling the pastry from end to end. That is not the case at E.C bakery. Sure... you are probably going to regret munching down on all those carbs, but it will definitely be worth it for 5-10 minutes of an orgasmic experience on you taste buds... That's right, "ORGASMIC". Ok... enough with the pastries. Thirdly, this cafeteria/bakery has a Drive Thru! You read it a drive thru! Not a lot of local cafeterias/bakeries have a drive thru, so appreciate this fact some they even have a small convenience store that you cam just drive up and purchase. Finally, food is tasty, coffee is your typical strong Puerto Rican coffee, but with milk so if you take it black, make sure to let them know (In PR Most places asume you want "café con leche" since that's how most Puerto Ricans have it) and keep in mind that since this bakery is very popular in a small touristy town, it's always packed and there's a fair amount of wait time (typical with freshly prepared meals). Just take your patience with you and meditate so you can prepare yourself for those orgasmic pastries.

Quesito con Café at this local bakery were tasty and hot the spot for the on-the-go morning.read more
