I came In directly after another appointment at another salon. I originally was going to just pick up dinner then I saw, "One Society" I wanted to ask, "how long till I can fix my hair?" "Is the story about in 2 days I'll see my color true" never heard that from a hair stylist after getting my hair done blonde for 8 years. When I came from the other salon my hair was a mushroom brown-gray, purple, reddish in spots, and orangey. I went to that other appointment blonde with my roots starting to come out more. I asked for natural blonde highlights and balayage mix which I always got from my previous stylist in SD. I left the other salon disappointed and upset. One Society helped me get that crazy toner out, corrected as much as they could without damaging the integrity of my hair, had the best customer service. Just hands down a great experience. Without having that bad experience at the other salon I would've never walked into One Society. I will now on only go to One Society. I trust them and I loved my stylist Rachel she helped so much and was so sympathetic. I got to leave blonde not purple and mushroom brown gray. My hair wasn't frizzy it looked so much healthier. It's hard finding a good stylist when you move somewhere else but you are in good hands at One Society. Every other stylist there seemed highly skilled as well looking at how amazing their clients' hair looked. I knew I had finally come to the right place. Thank you again!

I have come here a few times though whenever she can't take me in. But this place is basically just as good. The first time I came here, I was looking to color my hair. I've never done anything to it before and this was a new place for me, so I was terrified as hell. Amanda was my stylist and I basically showed her a bunch of photos and let her do whatever she wanted with my hair. I was terrified, but my goodness, the result was amazing! Amanda gave me balayage highlights that weren't too bright, flowed perfectly with my hair, and look amazing. She also gave me advice on how to take care of it, how I should update it, and everything. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair since then, especially when I curl it because you can see how cool it looks. Wow. I was definitely impressed. I think the price was expensive, but I was glad to pay it because I thought it was so worth it. I'm still going to my normal everyday place because I do have a strong relationship with my stylist and it's also a lot cheaper, but I do love One Salon. Now I come here when I'm trying something new, and then I go to my normal girl when I'm sticking with what I'm comfortable with. 10/10 would recommend this

Had my hair blow dried and styled there in 2018 was done fine at that time. No issue. Fast forward to 1/19/2024. Had this appt for about a week. Walked in greeted ok. Told kaitlyn will be with me shortly. 15 minutes later Kaitlyn came and got me. Went over what I wanted. She said she was young and hasn't worked there too long. I told her I wanted a partial highlight and little darker root to cover my little grays showing. She said she'd do a smudge on the top and a few foils on top (because my hair was already blonde) and a toner. I also said I wanted a TRIM. Took little over 3 hrs. During this time we talked about 2 tape in extensions on the sides of my head she said the owner said $18 each and I ok'd that. Over 3 hours later when I checked out ...I was told $180 I was SHOCKED by that but thought well the color is ok and they were nice and with 2 extensions maybe price was ok. I paid and gave a very GOOD tip and left. The following Wednesday1/24/2024 (5 days layer) I get a call from a Melissa Corrive. I answer and she explains that she is owner of Parlor 7 Salon. I said ok. She said that she wanted to let me know that Kaitlyn forgot to charge me for the extensions and a treatment she did because my hair was damaged and she didn't want me to be shocked when I came in next time and it was added to my bill. WTH?!? Are you kidding me? She never said she was doing any extra treatment on my hair and for the total on the day being $180 + $30 tip I thought the extensions were in that total. Her call was RIDICULOUS .......YOUR CALLING ME TO SAY I OWE MONEY?!?! I should've known what a scam you had going when no one else came into the salon for those 3 + hours I sat there. DO NOT GO HERE AND IF YOU DO 1. Get the price up front and 2. if they call saying you owe money...Don't be surprised. I do NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING. I paid when I was done with my service. WOW...NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I AM SO UPSET. Addition- called 5 days later saying I owe for more stuff.
