On Friday, March 20, the crew from Fantastic All Care showed up to my vacant house 2.5 hours late to clean the house prior to my move in. We had an appointment at 8am and at 7:45am they called to say they weren't going to be able to make it until 9am. I was asked if I could unlock the door and allow them to start then. Agreeing to do so, I told them I needed for the windows to be cleaned first because I had installers coming in to put up new window coverings. At 10:15am I showed up at the house to see the progress and they were not there. I called and they said they were running late and would be there in 5-6 minutes. At 10:40am she showed up and we did a walk through of the house. At 1:15pm I showed back up at the house and they informed me that because I had plantation shutters on two windows, there would be an extra charge for cleaning them. I told them that they should have called to tell me that there would be an extra charge or have told me when we did the walk through in the morning. After over 6 hours of cleaning the house, I stopped by the house to check out the work that had been done and I was very unimpressed with the work that had been done. - The kitchen cabinets still had construction dust on the front of the doors/drawers. - The inside of the kitchen cabinets had not been touched - for example, the pantry still had splatter marks on the inside and the shelves were still sitting in their place where they were left when Carol asked what needed to be done. - The master bath mirror looks like someone used a wet cloth to wipe it down but didn't clean it. - The master bath floor still had dust balls and dirt. - The plantation shutters had been half cleaned - assuming because I didn't want pay the extra, she stopped cleaning them. I paid $300 for a job that should have eliminated the need for me to clean the house and wipe down the kitchen cabinets. And yet, $300 later I'm having to do this. After being recommended to Fantastic All Care, I'm not too sure how you received a recommendation in the first place. read more

Update to my previous review. On October 16th I called Fantastic All Care again to clean a room I'm planning on renting. The room has its own bed and bath which my old room mate has never cleaned. The cleaning crew showed up on time at 7 am and immediately began to work. Once again the company did a great job getting rid of all of the dog hair and stains of the carpet. The bathroom was phenomenal. All the stained tiles and soap gunk build up were gone and the bathroom is now again a clean white color. Shower door no longer had that slimy feel to it after months of soap build up. They also got rid of the reddish stains in the bath tubs which I assume are from hard water. They were done in roughly 4 hours which was great as I had renters coming to see the room at noon. I highly recommend this cleaning service. They're fast professional and most of all get the job done right. read more

It so sad when someone is so jealous about the success of company that they would tell lies to try to hurt that companies business. I am familiar with this company and its owner and can attest to their credibility. Employees are paid, as a matter of fact it is done through a legitimate payroll company. I wish disgruntled people would spend more time fixing themselves instead of tearing others down. read more
