We liked them a lot, but their biggest issues are reliability and communication. I'm never 100% sure they are coming. Jessica is not good about texting back or confirming appointments. This last occasion, and our last straw, was I had booked her a month out for a cleaning before I had family in town. She didn't respond which was normal so I didn't think anything of it. Then, a week out, I texted to confirm again. No response again. Finally, when I reached out again and with less than 2 days notice, she responds and says that she had an emergency and went out of town. I asked if she could do it when she got back and she wasn't able to rearrange her other clients, so she said no. Just left me with no one. Could've cared less. She could've let me know so much sooner! Now, I'm stuck looking for someone else with no time to do so! We are going to clean ourselves and never hire Manex again. They are not reliable or considerate. And today, Jessica lost a good customer. So disappointed.

His work ethic and the results were so good we just kept adding things! After the solid clean of all surfaces, we had him clean the upholstered couches and chairs, all the windows inside and out (including the screens), he did all the cabinetry in the house, then he pressure washed all the outdoor areas (concrete and decking) and got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Nick is detail oriented and fastidious, two great qualities for a cleaner.
