Top notch service! Found a gem in Carson! Finally found a salon for our dog that really cares for their business and customers. They're very gentle and the place is clean! Parking is easy, a lot stores and restaurants around. Good customer service - human and dogs lol Would definitely recommend.

Coco looking spiffy after his grooming! He's clearly so happy with the outcome as am so :3

Please know that if you bring your dog here they will be safe, loved, and taken care of. The owners are beautiful especially the lovely woman whose name unfortunately I didn't get but it's okay because my Coco has found a new groomer and I'll definitely get it next time!Thank you for being so wonderful to us!! Also worth mentioning that I thought I had made an appointment here but I guess somehow I must've confused it with another groomer but she was willing to take him in anyway as long as I was willing to wait a bit which I was perfectly fine with. Thank you so much for fitting us in your tight schedule!

Nice place to take your pup! Cute and quaint and my puppy looked soooo cute when I picked him up! One of the things that I really liked is all the pictures of the dogs on the wall when you come in. She will show you the different lengths of cuts that she can do on your dog. She recommended the shorter cut, but we got one a little bit longer than the short one. I wish we would've gotten it because it's really hot now.

Our Dogs LOVE Fancy Paws! Fast, Convenient and Efficient. They always do a great job!

Aurelia is very sweet and very kind to my very demanding and difficult dog (just when he's being groomed, of course).

I absolutely love Starbucks Dog Groomer! They take amazing care of my Yorkies, Yuma and Versace,…read moreand I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. From the moment we arrive, I can tell my babies are treated with patience, love, and genuine care. Their grooming is always top-tier--clean cuts, soft coats, and my pups come back smelling amazing and looking so handsome. What I appreciate most is how gentle and attentive they are, especially knowing how sensitive Yorkies can be. Yuma and Versace are always calm and happy after their appointments, which says everything. If you're looking for a groomer who treats your pets like family and takes pride in their work, Starbucks Dog Groomer is the one. Highly recommend!

Zero stars!!! For a long time I was taking my golden…read moreretriever Sammy with Shiela at Starbucks grooming in the same plaza, I have several issues there but always decided to take Sammy because she loved Shiela. The last time I took Sammy to Shiela she wasn't there however the owner of the business took her and when I picked her up Sammy was crying like I never seen her cry as soon as she saw me it wasn't over excitement once I got home I noticed a big puddle of blood and Sammy wasn't acting herself. I realized she had been badly injured when I assessed her paws I noticed the bleeding was coming from her nail. I took her to the Vet where I had a bill of $900 dollars to treat her cut and stop the bleeding as well as antibiotics the owner never told me about this happening when I contacted Starbucks the owner was well aware and apologized immediately and offered free service when I took her for her free service he had a nasty attitude and pretended to not know what I was talking about he was very rude and I refused to leave Sammy I told him I would let everyone know about his nasty behavior and he said he didn't care! While I was there he was working on a golden doodle I notice how badly he was treating the dog! Please be aware of this place I know now why my baby hated going there!! I was amazed to know there's a new spot that just opened up in the same plaza The Hair of the dog pet spa his name is Marcelo and from the moment we got there Sammy loved him and walked herself in something she never did before at Starbucks grooming! Please check out the new spot you won't regret it I was very happy with the service Marcelo gave her she looked beautiful!!

We enrolled our Shih Tzu Ginger for puppy training course of 8 sessions and we are very satisfied!…read moreShe is the first dog I've owned as an adult for myself past my childhood family dogs when I was younger. We got her at 3 months and I thought that enrolling her in a puppy school would be great for her manners as she grows up. She didn't really have any behavior problems that stood out to us aside from all the normal puppy hyper mayhem zoomies, teething and impatient-ness--since she was figuring out how to be a dog herself too. She started school at 4 months and now she's done at 7 months. We are very busy, and we could only bring her in once a week and it still worked out! Even with a month pause in between because of her spay procedure. You won't regret enrolling your pup in their program because the trainer really understands dog language--a dog whisperer for sure. That being said, it comes with work from home too, so be prepared to hear tips and tricks to do at home. There will be blunt advice, but don't take anything personally. They're seeing it from an outside perspective, and you're seeing your pup as your kid. You're there to make your pup have great manners, the dream dog that you want to have, so you'll have to do discipline. They come as strict, but for the reason being that they know you'll be softer at home. So they're laying strong foundation for your pup. Ginger started with not wanting to walk on a leash, to being very well-mannered on a leash! With dogs barking in the background too. She also learned how to wait, how to get on a point, and how to "drop it." We only had to do an 8 session course. See her progress through January-March! Thank you Torrance Grooming and Training! I heard they also do great grooming, so we will probably try it out sometime too :).

They are great! We have a very hairy husky. She comes back so clean and a few layers thinner. lolread more

I wrote this review only after I tried a different place for my dog's grooming work…read more I have a terrier which requires hand stripping - which is a unique grooming style for dogs have double-layered hair. I had this puppy for only several months old, and booked this place for grooming. The appointment was confirmed, and due to the staff /business owner who can do the work was on maternity leave, I had to waited for 2 months - which was ok, we could wait. But when the appointment was approaching, I was contacted for delaying the appointment for another month due to the staff needed more time for the leave. I was ok with that, and so another month to wait. One week before the appointment time, I was contacted again as the staff can't do the job on the agreed day, it had to be rescheduled again. I was patient enough for almost three month wait. But I felt not very respectful for the 3rd time change of my appointment time! I had to reschedule my time off to make it work. When I express my concerns of the time change, the message I got literally was " We don't need new customers honestly." Really?! I felt really bad but the short time change notice put me into a position that I didn't want to waste more time researching another place ( maybe I should). So I went and the hand stripping charges by hourly rate, usually takes 1-3 hours for the session. I had a small-medium size dog, it was our first time doing that, I had no expectations. But I didn't expect that they did took 3 full hours to do the job, so I was charged for 3 hours, plus the bath... I got a final bill of over $300!! And I felt the style was a bit off- I sent a photo to our breeder, she thought the same... So I tried a different place for my second time, just to compare with my 1st experience at Soggy Paws Pet Grooming. The final bill I got from a different place was only $165 - (and my dog is growing bigger, probably with much more hair to be stripped, and my dog looked great!!) So I think the business owner of Soggy is right: They don't need new customers! And I have found a better place to go after all. That is my experience with this place. Hope it is helpful.
