Visiting Palestine I went to Fancy nails to have a pedicure and manicure. Both were wonderful and the customer service was great. I then returned a few days later for a massage (something I've never done at a nail salon). However, I'm so glad I did. No, the room is not a fancy spa room at all but the massage was one of the best I've ever had. Tina even used essential oil and gave the care of a 5star spa. Only giving a one because I got the deluxe pedicure and was the worst I've ever had. The massage on my legs she kept pushing on my shins and I told her to massage the muscle , she would do it for a second and go back to my shins. I left with sore shins. My feet she just pushed on them twice. And I ask for red to match my nails and I leave and go eat and get in the sun and my toes are orange nowhere close to red ! My nail guy Andy was awesome. So upset you pay for a service and all they could say was I'll $10 off. No I'm sorry or anything. Guess I'll be going to Tyler from now on. read more

I am visiting town for work this week and came here. I really wish I lived close by because the gentleman with the glasses that did my manicure was so thorough and a perfectionist. Have visited here many times and It was the only place I would go before today. Loyalty however is one sided they were extremely rude and dismissive let three people cut, who did not have appointments, I asked. Then when I walked my mom out bc she had to leave the man screamed at me from the door in front of everyone that I didn't pay for my kid and I was leaving the other one. Fancy Nails has been my main nail salon for 4 years. On Friday, Nov 12, 2021, the owner of the salon berated an employee as customers watched. The employee (a young lady) working as the receptionist was yelled at as he slammed a yellow note pad down and told her that she didn't need to ask any questions. The employee replied okay and yes to the owner and assisted the customer in making an appointment. She then went to the bathroom and customers could hear her cry. This is a new nail spa in town , so maybe I was just expecting a lot . As nice as it was in the "Fancy's Nail Spa Salon", I was very disappointed on the employees. When you used a title "SPA" you expect for there to be some peaceful ..As I was being work on every employee was talking so loud I could not even relax. I left this place more stress that what I came in for.. my suggestion is maybe the company should provide a private room ... where there's not too many employees if there's a charge I am willing to paid for a "SPA" nail services .. I did not enjoy my experience here they were very rude and dismissive ignored any of my input or ideas my nails have bubbles in them and they painted pink over red cause they messed up!!!! I have been here on several occasions, and the employees have been rude to me every time. I've never had any problems with the nails themselves but a good number of my friends have not gotten what they asked for from here. Last time I called them, the lady answered the phone, waited for me to talk, and was silent the whole time until I hung up the phone. I will not be coming here again. read more

I have gone to this place a few times, decent enough service for me to return. Today I came in for a new set of acrylics. My nail tech started soaking my hands in warm acetone, and using the drill to remove the acrylic. I have had my nails removed this way many times. My nails were getting thinner and thinner (my real nail), I told her it was starting to hurt. Then she drilled my middle finger for so long, my nail actually broke off and started bleeding. She tried to put that finger back in the acetone with the loose acrylic floating around. I told her no, it will burn and I don't want to get an infection. She tells me, "it will only burn for a minute", then proceeded to shove my finger into the bowl. I asked for French tips, she tells me it will be $35 since I want pink and white. Ok fine. She ended up burning my skin with the drill, and cutting three of my cuticles. Then when it was time to pay, she tells me $40. I asked why she told me $35 at the beginning of my service, she said it was $5 to remove my old acrylics. Mind you, I've had my nails done here multiple times before and never paid for the removal.
