Oh and he had much attitude when we got the color wrong. I almost got up and left behind that! He won't be touching my feet again. "Juan don't be rude.. the clients are how you get paid." The lady clearly didn't know how to do Dip Nails and got the powder all over my fingers and under my nails. When I pointed it out to her she feigned not understanding! She even wanted to leave a piece of her glove on my finger that got attached because she was splashing liquid everywhere! I pointed out my disappointment also to the girl behind the register and her response was to call the manager at an unknown phone number because he wasn't even at work. I am very, very disappointed with the quality of the service for the raised price! Please folks, DO NOT GO THERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!!!

I was fine with the price increase. The part that infuriated me is that they no longer exfoliate your feet after soaking. I mentioned this to the tech & she said I would have to get the $27 pedicure to have exfoliation! That is part of a BASIC pedicure! So, here I am with painted nails and rough callouses on the bottom of my feet! I googled "pedicure" and according to Wikipedia, exfoliating IS part of a BASIC pedicure! Bottom line, they are charging more and giving you LESS! I will not return!

The lady ripped them off one by one, prying them up with and unused nail tip. Both of my real pinky nails ripped off halfway down my nail bed. I left there in tears and band aids, and still had to pay $10 for that service! Asking around later I learned that they are supposed to be soaked off, not ripped off! Two months later and my nails are still brittle and weak, you can still visibly see the parts where the layers of my natural nails were ripped off. I'll never get acrylic nails again, and I'll most certainly never go to T Nails again!!
