I think that most will agree that the reason we go to a hair salon is to get our hair cut, or for other services that they provide. Although it is great to have a technician who shares our likes and our own brand of humor, it may not always be the case. That doesn't mean that the salon itself doesn't provide quality hair care. I use a stylist by the name of Sherri who is not only an excellent hair professional but also a genuinely nice person. We never know what may be going on in a person's life at the time that may cause them to be less than receptive of our brand of humor or conversation. I, for one, appreciate the work these fine ladies do in their service to their clients and customers. Customer was loudly giving all of us an organ recital of cancer and so on. No recognition of my Halloween cupcakes. She thinks I am going to Hell no doubt because Halloween is satanic. This Sharon G is an idiot! I've been going there years and I think she's confused with Supercuts! If you look she seems to just have time and write reviews talking smack about businesses or people. And she's married? Cough cough I've had my hair done by TAMMY for few years now and she's the best in town! I have had some very bad cuts/colors. Tammy had to fix them all! She has a special talent and it's a shame this town doesn't know about her. She's on top of the latest trends etc and won't mess up your hair. She's such a great lady with a huge heart and I ALWAYS look forward to my "Tammy time"! All the ladies that work there are so sweet. Recently got my hair shampooed and cut by Tammy at Shear Perfection. I had been recommended to this shop by a friend. Checked out the reviews on yelp and saw the negative comments by Sharon G. So I wanted to see if my friend was right or if Sharon G was right. I entered the shop, was greeted nicely by all three employees. Tammy listened to what I requested and did a fantastic job on my hair! While in the chair all (employees and customers) engaged in conversation. I found every person there to be friendly! Then I was introduced to the owner of the shop, sorry I forgot his name. He also was very nice & friendly. So at this time I asked all the workers & owner if they had read the comments from Sharon G. They had not. I passed my phone around to show them and they were surprised. I further looked at all the comments Sharon G has posted about other businesses. In my opinion this woman needs to stay home, cook her own food, cut her own hair, and spare the rest of the world her negativity! She has something negative to say about everything! Bottom line, Shear Perfection is a nice friendly shop that does a great job! read more
