I was fine with the price increase. The part that infuriated me is that they no longer exfoliate your feet after soaking. I mentioned this to the tech & she said I would have to get the $27 pedicure to have exfoliation! That is part of a BASIC pedicure! So, here I am with painted nails and rough callouses on the bottom of my feet! I googled "pedicure" and according to Wikipedia, exfoliating IS part of a BASIC pedicure!
