The lady ripped them off one by one, prying them up with and unused nail tip. Both of my real pinky nails ripped off halfway down my nail bed. I left there in tears and band aids, and still had to pay $10 for that service! Asking around later I learned that they are supposed to be soaked off, not ripped off! Two months later and my nails are still brittle and weak, you can still visibly see the parts where the layers of my natural nails were ripped off. I'll never get acrylic nails again, and I'll most certainly never go to T Nails again!!
