They wouldn't give me the color I wanted and got mad when they choose a color for me put it on my nail and then proceeded to get mad when I said I needed my glasses to see. I then returned a few days later for a massage (something I've never done at a nail salon). However, I'm so glad I did. No, the room is not a fancy spa room at all but the massage was one of the best I've ever had. Tina even used essential oil and gave the care of a 5star spa. Long fluid strokes and very smooth transitions. I was hoping she'd spend more time on my back cause the extremities doesn't really do it for me. Seemed a little short after a full 30-40 minutes of everything else but it was good and relaxing. Also wish she didn't talk to me so much but the staff was friendly and super nice!! This place is barbaric. It was my first time wearing acrylic nails, I went in to have them removed…read moreand a new set put on. The lady ripped them off one by one, prying them up with and unused nail tip. Both of my real pinky nails ripped off halfway down my nail bed. I left there in tears and band aids, and still had to pay $10 for that service! Asking around later I learned that they are supposed to be soaked off, not ripped off! Two months later and my nails are still brittle and weak, you can still visibly see the parts where the layers of my natural nails were ripped off. I'll never get acrylic nails again, and I'll most certainly never go to T Nails again!!
