I then returned a few days later for a massage (something I've never done at a nail salon). However, I'm so glad I did. No, the room is not a fancy spa room at all but the massage was one of the best I've ever had. Tina even used essential oil and gave the care of a 5star spa. Will definitely, come back when I'm in town.

So upset you pay for a service and all they could say was I'll $10 off. No I'm sorry or anything. Guess I'll be going to Tyler from now on.

The part that wasnt very good was the actual pedicure part. They cut my mom's toes a few times with the file while filing her nails. And when they were using the foot file for the dead skin, they left a big gash on her heel that was bleeding for a while. The nail art and plain toe nail polish that they did also wasnt great. I feel like it looks like I did it myself at home. My sister and I also had our eyebrows waxed which they did a good job of. I just wouldn't go back for a pedicure and I hope my moms cuts dont get infected

The lady clearly didn't know how to do Dip Nails and got the powder all over my fingers and under my nails. When I pointed it out to her she feigned not understanding! I pointed out my disappointment also to the girl behind the register and her response was to call the manager at an unknown phone number because he wasn't even at work. I am very, very disappointed with the quality of the service for the raised price! Please folks, DO NOT GO THERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!!!

The lady ripped them off one by one, prying them up with and unused nail tip. Both of my real pinky nails ripped off halfway down my nail bed. I left there in tears and band aids, and still had to pay $10 for that service! Asking around later I learned that they are supposed to be soaked off, not ripped off! Two months later and my nails are still brittle and weak, you can still visibly see the parts where the layers of my natural nails were ripped off. I'll never get acrylic nails again, and I'll most certainly never go to T Nails again!!
