I was fine with the price increase. The part that infuriated me is that they no longer exfoliate your feet after soaking. I mentioned this to the tech & she said I would have to get the $27 pedicure to have exfoliation! That is part of a BASIC pedicure! So, here I am with painted nails and rough callouses on the bottom of my feet! I googled "pedicure" and according to Wikipedia, exfoliating IS part of a BASIC pedicure! Bottom line, they are charging more and giving you LESS! I will not return!

Long fluid strokes and very smooth transitions. I was hoping she'd spend more time on my back cause the extremities doesn't really do it for me. Seemed a little short after a full 30-40 minutes of everything else but it was good and relaxing. Also wish she didn't talk to me so much but the staff was friendly and super nice!! The lady ripped them off one by one, prying them up with and unused nail tip. Both of my real pinky nails ripped off halfway down my nail bed. I left there in tears and band aids, and still had to pay $10 for that service! Asking around later I learned that they are supposed to be soaked off, not ripped off! Two months later and my nails are still brittle and weak, you can still visibly see the parts where the layers of my natural nails were ripped off. I'll never get acrylic nails again, and I'll most certainly never go to T Nails again!!
