Although it is great to have a technician who shares our likes and our own brand of humor, it may not always be the case. That doesn't mean that the salon itself doesn't provide quality hair care. I use a stylist by the name of Sherri who is not only an excellent hair professional but also a genuinely nice person. We never know what may be going on in a person's life at the time that may cause them to be less than receptive of our brand of humor or conversation.
