I have only been to this salon less than 10 times but they recognize me as soon as I walk in the door. I get my nails done about every 2-3 weeks and each time I have changed up the length, style and shape of my nails. The decor and style of the salon is very cute and up to date. Everything I have seen has always been clean and sanitized properly. There are numerous nail tech tables and pedicure chairs. There has never been that long of a wait, even on busy days. They have televisions on the wall but they normally are playing really good music in the background and just have standard screen saver photos on the TV's. I think this is actually refreshing because you can have conversations with the people around you and the techs. There are different options for pedicures and the prices are reasonable and standard for the profession. If you are in the area this is a nail salon you should try.

Don't waste your time or money. The salon is so dirty, there is acrylic powder on every surface…read more All their tools have so much built up product from never being cleaned off. This was $200. I walked in and asked for gel extension showed them the nail inspo pic and they kept saying acrylic. I said no I want gel extensions and they kept just saying acrylic acrylic acrylic. Salon also does not have any blooming gel or charms, which would've been nice to know since that's what my inspo pic included. They mainly do acrylic and they have no ventilation in the salon and nothing to catch the acrylic powder so it's everywhere in the salon very hard to breathe. Wish I would've known this was going to be $200 beforehand as well that's insane. Also, there's a massive communication barrier. They couldn't understand a single word I was saying, and I could not understand a single word they were saying as well.

I've never been to another salon where my nails didn't fall off after 2 weeks or less and cost a fortune. I've been going to Ann for over a year now and my nails will stay on for over a month easily. Also, I love that scheduling is super easy and we set up appointments through texting and she's very accommodating. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done and will be a customer for as long as she is in business!

The usual of immersing feet in hot water, cutting trimming cuticles and buffing then back in water. Then back up to scrub the callouses on the bottom of the feet. Callous removing is not an in service but a gesture. Then scrubbing and massing feet with orange, pebbly cream. Hot towel then painting nails :) hands were done the same tho no hot water and after it was done hot towel for the hands post painting. I am reviewing after a day - still looks good !

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. To be fair, Ann, who did my nails,…read moreactually did a good job. The issue was not the quality of her work, but that the final color turned out significantly darker than the sample I selected. I simply asked to confirm whether the correct color was used. Instead of a professional response, the front desk staff (Jesi) responded with an extremely rude, dismissive, and impatient attitude, saying they can't guarantee a 100% match. If that's the case, it should have been clearly communicated before the service--not after, and certainly not in such an unprofessional manner. I was only asking a basic question, not making a complaint. The way Jesi handled this was unacceptable and made it clear that customer concerns are not respected here. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone!

I had to ask her again just to make sure my ears were working right lol... "You're fully booked"? Completely comical. I left right out shaking my head, but not before telling her to Have a blessed day... with an empty shop and selling what looked like dusty counterfeit purses she should be more humble and welcoming to customers. Maybe she just wants big ticket customers? (I'm a great tipper but she wouldn't know that by turning me away) Or maybe she doesn't want brown skin people in her establishment.
