The technician said "well I did talk about visceral fat and not being able to affect that. Have you considered surgery?" If I had considered surgery I would have had surgery. And yes, you did mention the visceral fat issue so that lets you off the hook for non-results. The experience was also less that optimal You change clothing in the treatment room. The room is cluttered with 'stuff' all over, there is only a chair to sit on, no curtain for any privacy, nor any lockers, cubbies or anywhere to put your clothing or belongings. I am pretty sure the treatment chair/table is not sanitized between clientele because everything is sticky. Even the clock in the room does not work. You are not told to bring any treatment distractions-fortunately I brought a book- nor are any distractions provided, no TV, no headphones, no tablet. You just lie on the treatment table for however many hours that treatment session takes. When your treatment is finished, you get redressed in the treatment room. Some wet wipes are provided to help remove some of the residue. Again, no privacy. you need to go home immediately to shower and wash your clothes. You are sticky from shoulders to knees, you are marked up with magic marker and look like a meat picture from the butcher, and your clothes are a mess from your stickiness. Definitely not worth the money or time.

They are always on time as well. This shop is always busy and every single person pays attention to people that come into the shop. I met Nina at the front desk when I came in today for my appointment. She is married to David. I told her that I just loved her husband and that he did such a nice job. My nails last almost 3 weeks. They grow so fast so I like to return after 2.5 weeks. I know I could go longer however I love to change the color. Today I decided to go shorter with my nails since they were so long. I have to use my hands at my job and decided that I needed to go shorter. I did the French dip which is similar to the French manicure however with dip powder. My last manicure I did a bold blue color which actually matches my company color. I work for Fresenius Kabi a German pharmaceutical company. The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau
