Thankfully they had a no show and took me in! Van was my nail tech and she was such a vibe. She asked me to wash my hands before starting, and I actually really liked that. She was so friendly and we had some really good conversations. She told me about some really tasty places to eat and honestly we bonded over food haha. She gave me a full set of acrylic gel with an almond shape and a deep french. I was a little skeptical, but honestly, they're gorgeous! I haven't had my nails done in a very long time, but she was patient with me when it came to deciding on a shape, and she constantly asked if I liked my nails before moving onto the next step. It's not often you go to a salon where you talk to the nail tech, let alone the whole time! I had no clue an hour and a half had gone by when we finished! My nails look so clean and elegant. I would 100% recommend this salon. Both she and the other woman (I think her name was Thi-Mai) were so nice!! Just to be safe though, I recommend trying to make an appointment!

The spa attendants are always very welcoming and greet you with a smile. The spa itself smells incredible and you're met with a sense of relaxation as soon as you enter! Surprisingly enough, for Labor Day, the spa was not that busy and there were not a lot of patrons. I enjoyed time pretty much by myself in the plunge pools. They were all a perfect temperature. The steam room is amazing and your skin will look so refreshed and glowing as if you got a facial when you're done in there. When 1 o'clock rolled around DeeDee came to get me for my service. She showed me to my room and then allowed me to disrobe for my service. She then returned to the room and my service commenced. She was sure to ask me if there were any specific problematic areas prior to beginning my massage. She was sure to focus on those areas and was able to work out all of my knots and kinks. I also added the hot stones to my massage which were an amazing finishing touch! When my service was finished, I enjoyed the amenities for a bit longer, and then showered and changed, and was on my way feeling refreshed and invigorated!

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones for small independent businesses, but my recent…read moreexperience with The Rejuvenation Station was extremely disappointing. I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets.

Crystal was AMAZING!!!! I have found my nail person!…read more I came in today looking for a specific nail shape and color palette that a different salon had completely butchered. My fingers were tender and my nails hadn't been properly cleaned from the product the last salon failed to remove. Crystal immediately put me at ease. She carefully cleaned up my nails before starting, explained everything clearly, and actually listened to what I wanted. She's so easy to talk to and has such a calm demeanor, which made the whole experience relaxing. She was extremely mindful of the small cuts on my fingers, worked gently so I never felt extra pain, and reassured me that my nails weren't dangerously damaged. That alone gave me so much peace of mind. The finished result? Perfect. No glue all over the place, no polish under the nail or on my skin. Just smooth, neat, flawless nails. She made them flat and natural-looking, exactly how I've always wanted but had been told wasn't possible with my longer nail beds. My hands feel so dainty and beautiful, and my nails genuinely feel like my own. This is hands-down the best nail experience I've ever had in my life. I'm so thankful I didn't give up after my last salon disaster, because Crystal has completely changed the game for me. I will absolutely be coming back, and I can't recommend her enough!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE WASTED TRIPS AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!…read more They don't care about a customer of over 6 months when dissatisfied with the pedicure and nail service received the week prior! I made a wasted trip, from Pascagoula to D'Iberville, yesterday to try to rectify the problem and my dissatisfication but was told I would have to make an appointment to fix the nail polish and design which was not even one of 3 examples given to the nail tech last week. I called yesterday morning to see if I needed an appointment in order to fix the cluster f#@! from last week and was told by the owner to just come in, no appointment was needed. I received a new acrylic overlay last month so I shouldn't have had any gaps in the refill done last week which I did, the refill was not done correctly along the sides of my nails nor all the way to my cuticles. I thought about the rectification I was offered which was to redo the nail polish free of charge but when questioned about receiving a refund, credit, or gift certificate for my time/effort I was told they wouldn't/couldn't do that, which is a crock of baloney in my opinion . The manager I spoke with today gave me some cock and bull story about the problem with the acrylic being like it is, is because it has been a week and regrowth. I offered to send pictures taken last weekend of my nails. Then I was told I had ingrown toenails is why my toenails were sensitive which is also a crock! It's because the nail tech didn't know her backend from a hole in the ground obviously was afraid to do a proper pedicure! I tried to offer a reasonable solution, in my opinion, but was denied what was offered on my part. I called last Friday (same day as the service), Monday, Thursday, and today about my dissatisfaction. Picture 1 through 5 examples Picture 6 what was done/received

I was having trouble deciding between two colors and she happily assisted me with picking one. She was professional and did a fantastic job. I'm not sure, but I didn't really get a manicure although I asked for one (and paid for it). It was more of a color change. No cuticles cut, just nails trimmed and filed and painted. Maybe things have changed and the usual manicure is something you have to ask for??? This is the second place I've been to recently that I asked and paid for a manicure with dip nails, but didn't get the whole manicure treatment. Even so, Mina did a great job and I plan to return to her again. I just know to ask about the different services to be sure I get the full service. My daughter's nails look great too!
