They did a great job on my full set gel nails....the best I've experienced. When I get a full set regardless how much I pay $20-$100 the same thing happens that they start to lift within a week or fall off. It's been 2 going on 3 weeks and no signs of lifting or chipping. They take their time and I did not feel like I was being rushed even when I was a walk-in and they were really busy. I didn't get harassed for an up sale. They were very friendly but were unclear about prices. First said $18 for regular polish manicure when I asked price for French tip polish which is $22. Then I asked them to add $5 for tip and they added $6 instead. $32 for a gel polish manicure was what I originally wanted but that's so much. When I've gotten it for $20 in 29 Palms. I walked out the door with an average French tip polish manicure for $28 with the incorrect tip amount. Will not be going back, sadly. Friendly staff though and clean place. read more

Went in for the first time today and had a great experience. I just wanted the gel color changed on my acrylic nails, and they did a really detailed and efficient job. Everyone is very friendly, the salon is very clean, and services are very reasonably priced. I will be back soon! read more

Lyla is very good and quick. She did a normal pedi in 20ish minutes and it looks very good.

it took two hours for a manicure and pedicure done AT THE SAME TIME. messed up and had to repolish them twice. nails still look messy. not going back :( read more

With it being a holiday weekend, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get in for a pedicure. I called and was able to book my appointment at my preferred time. Joy did an amazing job on my feet, tending to my callouses and giving me a fantastic massage. After a recent foot injury, it felt really good to have the tightness worked out. My feet look and feel great! By the time I left, the chairs were all full, and people were waiting. They do tend to get busy at times, but the wait is worth it. The pricing is fair, they don't pressure you to get more than you want, and they do a really wonderful job. The nice thing is, even when people are waiting, they don't rush through your appointment. Definitely go in and find out for yourself. read more

I'm from out of town but come often to visit family, went here for a pedicure and had the most awful experience, they did not even try to have conversation. They talked among themselves and never asked if I wanted anything else. I would never recommend this place. After my pedicure was done the man got up and say at his station playing on his phone. After sitting for 15-20 min I finally said I'm done and would like to pay. read more

Just moved from out of town and tried this place out. It was by far the worst service! Never once was I talked to by the lady doing my pedicure, they talked to each other in their language the whole time. Once she was done, she got up and said, "thank you." & walked away. I have been looking for a good nails salon. Every where I go, it's either they do a bad job where the nails polish chips after a few days,some nails break because the nail isn't thick enough or it's way to expensive. Well, I found fancy nail & I absolutely loved my experience there. It was my first time going & everyone nice & friendly. They they do your nails fast & they make them look great. Totally rude and in a hurry. Disregarded my mom when showed how she left nail polish all over the edges. When she have way cleaned it, threw down the brush in disgust. Didnt do a good job on the cuticles either. Mom doesnt get out much, and this was the worst way to spend her time out. read more

I found this location because I was in the same shopping center getting eyeglasses. I called and asked for a set of gel fingernails and I was told that they could help me right away. I found the staff helpful and they did get things started right away. The problem was that the first technician indicated that she knew what I wanted, but, in truth, she did not, and she spoke almost no English. It wasn't until I noticed that she was preparing to put the gel polish on, without doing anything to extend my own very short nails, that I managed to get the attention of another technician, when I found out that there was a complete breakdown in communication. What I was expecting was not what they were planning to do. After a lengthy discussion I explained to them how I really wanted my nails done, as I had previously requested (I had to spend another $20 beyond my expectation for this service) at this point they had Tracy assume my service. She was polite, efficient, and did her best to get me the desired results without making me feel rushed or like I had done something wrong that created the confusion. Without her, this would have been a much different review. In the end I am very happy with the results and am glad that I opted to spend the extra and get what I came for. The nails are beautiful. I did all of this in preparation for a fancy vacation trip, and I don't think I would have been at all satisfied if I had just let them paint my nails with the gel polish. I would use this salon again, just making sure that we all understood what services were offered, for what price, and making sure that we were clear on the meaning of the terms used. The additional cost wasn't so much that I felt like they tried to take advantage of me, but I do think that they should have been more clear about what I was expecting before proceeding. i found this shop on yelp and it had good ratings so i thought i would give it a try . not a good experience....the person giving me my pedicure dropped a tool on the floor and picked it up and put back in the clean tray...i watched it like a hawk and finally had to get another technician over to translate my concerns..and not a sorry or anything just a "$20" ..i did not want to write this here and was going to talk to management but i was told the manager/owner was hardly ever there and they just worked there...tabatha would have a field day here!. read more
