I stayed on with this amazing group of professionals because that are just that - professionals. This dedicated team works long hours to ensure that they can take care of their customer's needs. They are unselfish with their time and work tirelessly for us, their customers. The salon recently got a makeover and I feared the staff would change. I am thrilled that they remained. Kim has taken excellent care of me for a long time and she never disappoints. Anna also does an amazing job and Leo is the kind king of pedicures. In all the years I have been going to this salon, not once have I seen a staff member seem rushed or frustrated. Laura used to work the front and "manned" the phones before they installed an online appointment system. I had an appointment at 12:45pm. I was not helped until 1:50pm, just sat waiting in the spa chair. "Kim" first came to help me and was very stand-off ish grabbing my nails with a disgusted look on her face. (There's literally nothing wrong with my hands/or nails). My pedicure was nice - Chi was so gentle and sweet, though I wouldn't say it was work $50+ but I still got good results. My nail tech was so so rude and did a horrible job. She literally was cold and mean and very aggressive the entire time. Talked crap on me after everything I asked. I asked for a simple French tip nail design, very simple. They tried to charge me an extra $25 lol. Most places would charge an extra $5 max. She totally butchered the shape of my nails.... They look absolutely awful. I will never be back. read more

Just got my nails done today I paid for a gel manicure and my nail polish is already chipping off didnt even last one day not even an hour after I left both my ring fingers were chipped off. I also did not recieve a massage on the hands or warm towel the lady just soaked, removed cuticles, painted,and oiled my nails and told me to wash my hands she never once massaged my hands she finished in 20 minutes which probably explains why my nails are chipping if I would have know that was going to happen I would not have paid for gel very upset what a waste of money such a rushed manicure not relaxing at all! read more

We made a last minute/same day appointment for a gel mani/pedi and a pedicure for my husband and arrived on time to a crowded salon. They were running behind and let us know so we appreciated that, we ended up getting chairs about 20 mins after our time which was fine since we weren't in a hurry and we're happy to find a spot that could take us same day! My only complaint was they started on my husbands pedicure first when I was the one who requested 2 treatments, just seemed backwards to me. Though they didn't have a mens pedicure on the menu, they did accommodate a spa pedicure with additional massage time for $35 since he didn't want the extra treatment options. My daughter and I came here a month ago after reaching out to a few other nail salons in the area. Bvon Nails replied quickly and we were able to make an appointment for regular manicure/pedicures for us the next day. The greeting when we walked in was less than enthusiastic, but it was busy and they got us into chairs right away. My nail tech (a gentleman whose name I didn't catch) said all of two sentences to me the entire time. He didn't greet me, used gestures and taps to communicate when to move or adjust, and even responded with a curt "no," when I asked him if he said something to me (he was mumbling to another nail tech apparently). I don't need a full on therapy session. I don't even particularly enjoy small talk, but I had hoped for some common courtesy at the very least. My daughter's nail tech was nice enough and she made an attempt to carry friendly conversation with her. All the other nail techs were extremely friendly and chatty with their clients. They even smiled and said hello as they passed by me and my daughter. Our manicures and pedicures were not worth the price we paid. There were a lot of tiny air bubbles on 7/10 of my nails. The polish on both my daughter and my nails began to chip just a few days afterwards. Overall the experience and service were just okay. I'm a little surprised at all the recent five star reviews. I think you'd have to be a regular or maybe have one of the other nail techs mentioned in the other reviews in order to walk out of this place completely satisfied with the service.
