I made an appt. for 1:30 p.m. for a pedicure & maybe nails. I arrived a little early from my ride. i ddn't mind waiting until my appt. time. When I arrived there were two busy employees doing pedicures. The lady who seem to be in charge was doing nails & said, "you'll have to wait." I said, " not a problem, I know i'm early. The rest of our communition is from this lady. It wasn't until 1:40 the lady went over & started filling water in the pedicure container. In the mean time I was looking at their color charts. She finally came over & handed me the pedicure color charts. By 1:45 she said, ok you can go over & sit in that chair. I went over on my own, got in the chair & put my feet in the water. It wasn't very warm & no jests. In the mean time a lady runs in & ask for a walk in. The lady said to come back in 15 mins. The walk in lady (young) did come back & was given great service. Started her water in the peducure bucket. The LADY, took her over, helped her in the Pedicure chair, gave her a price list and told her she would be right with her. In the mean time, I finally got some help from one of the employees who was finshing up with a coustomer & came over to start with me. I never recieved a price list. I told her "Anna" the water was cold & she quickly turned on the jests. I told her, "it would have been nice if I had been given a price list of want I wanted done." I asked about having my nails done & she gave me a price list. I decied to have nails done & she started with my pedicure. She was caring & helpful. Tracy, who did my nails, was quick with my nails & had to talk on her blue tooth the whole time she was with me. Not very professional. I WON'T BE BACK. read more

I was able to make an appointment for a spa pedicure at 6:00 PM on Tuesday., 8/13. It was a little wait but still nice to soak my feet in the tub and sit in the massaging chair. I was then greeted by Tiffany, who was so sweet and cordial. She gave me such a relaxing foot & leg massage I almost fell asleep (which was easy after working 12 hrs). She kept telling me to relax because I was so tense and I conceded to the pure and utter soothing rhythm of the massage. The lotions and scrubs were very aromatic and the hot towels felt so good.. This place is awesome. I have never gotten acrylics before so I was a little nervous. I had read the reviews of Laura and decided to make an appointment with her. I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted and she literally looked at it for like .2 seconds. That made me a little bit nervous except by the end of the appointment the nails look even better than the picture. It cost $48, but she was so nice so I gave her everything I had in my pocket. (Which was like $57 but still) but be sure to make an appointment because they were super busy, but honestly that just shows you how much people love this place and keep coming back for more. This is a great nail salon. The staff is amazing and the customer service is great! My daughter and I are always here to get our nails and pedicures done. They also offer eyebrow waxing. You can make an appointment with your favorite technician or just pop in as a walk in they will definitely accommodate you and give you the best services. This was my first time at this salon under the new ownership. I had an appointment at 5pm, it was a busy Friday for them, but we didn't get seated until about 5:30. When I was directed to a pedicure chair, the water had been sitting in it for a while and was lukewarm/cold. When asked how the water temperature was I said it was a bit cold. The manicurist warmed it up for me no problem. While my sister and I waited, we were not given any color palettes to look out and select our colors so when the manicurist asked which color, I said I hadn't seen the options yet. A woman handed me the palettes and then proceeded to wrap my nails in remover since I had gel polish on. But that made it difficult to look through the color palettes. She then asked again what color I wanted and I said I haven't had an opportunity to look yet. I finally just settled in white because I felt rushed. The pedicure was ok, but I don't feel like the $58 they charged to include the callous remover was worth it as they barely scrubbed my feet. The pedicure itself turned out nice. On to the manicure...we chose to try the powder dip even though the price tag was kind of high ($45). I felt like my manicurist was rushing and she even cut my thumb cuticle and made me bleed a bit because she was so rough with the buffer file. There was no hand massage or lotion treatment at the end. Just clear coat, a few oil drops, and then "go wash your hands". I went back to the chair assuming lotion and massage were next, but my manicurist was gone talking to another person. For $100 in services, I would have expected a little better treatment. I probably won't be coming back here because the prices are inflated compared to the service received (maybe due to Covid?) and even though staff was super friendly, I can pay less for better attention at other salons. read more
