I was able to make an appointment for a spa pedicure at 6:00 PM on Tuesday., 8/13. It was a little wait but still nice to soak my feet in the tub and sit in the massaging chair. I was then greeted by Tiffany, who was so sweet and cordial. She gave me such a relaxing foot & leg massage I almost fell asleep (which was easy after working 12 hrs). She kept telling me to relax because I was so tense and I conceded to the pure and utter soothing rhythm of the massage. The lotions and scrubs were very aromatic and the hot towels felt so good.. I was like jelly after it all. My toe nails looks spectacular and no longer the talons I was sporting. So happy with my first time here and highly recommend this friendly nail salon!! read more

Made an appointment same day which is great as I decided to do last min mani and pedi for a wedding this week. As soon as I got there I was helped and quickly got to doing my nails. This place is awesome. I have never gotten acrylics before so I was a little nervous. I had read the reviews of Laura and decided to make an appointment with her. I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted and she literally looked at it for like .2 seconds. That made me a little bit nervous except by the end of the appointment the nails look even better than the picture. It cost $48, but she was so nice so I gave her everything I had in my pocket. (Which was like $57 but still) but be sure to make an appointment because they were super busy, but honestly that just shows you how much people love this place and keep coming back for more. Five stars for sure and I hope to see Laura again soon :) read more

This is a great nail salon. The staff is amazing and the customer service is great! My daughter and I are always here to get our nails and pedicures done. They also offer eyebrow waxing. You can make an appointment with your favorite technician or just pop in as a walk in they will definitely accommodate you and give you the best services. Bring cash it's the best and if you don't have it you can just walk on over to Ralph's grocery store for it. The salon is very well presented and restroom is always clean. You won't be disappointed! This was my first time at this salon under the new ownership. I had an appointment at 5pm, it was a busy Friday for them, but we didn't get seated until about 5:30. When I was directed to a pedicure chair, the water had been sitting in it for a while and was lukewarm/cold. When asked how the water temperature was I said it was a bit cold. The manicurist warmed it up for me no problem. While my sister and I waited, we were not given any color palettes to look out and select our colors so when the manicurist asked which color, I said I hadn't seen the options yet. A woman handed me the palettes and then proceeded to wrap my nails in remover since I had gel polish on. But that made it difficult to look through the color palettes. She then asked again what color I wanted and I said I haven't had an opportunity to look yet. I finally just settled in white because I felt rushed. The pedicure was ok, but I don't feel like the $58 they charged to include the callous remover was worth it as they barely scrubbed my feet. The pedicure itself turned out nice. On to the manicure...we chose to try the powder dip even though the price tag was kind of high ($45). I felt like my manicurist was rushing and she even cut my thumb cuticle and made me bleed a bit because she was so rough with the buffer file. There was no hand massage or lotion treatment at the end. Just clear coat, a few oil drops, and then "go wash your hands". I went back to the chair assuming lotion and massage were next, but my manicurist was gone talking to another person. For $100 in services, I would have expected a little better treatment. I probably won't be coming back here because the prices are inflated compared to the service received (maybe due to Covid?) and even though staff was super friendly, I can pay less for better attention at other salons. read more

Came in from out of town for a wedding & last minute, they fit in our bridal party of 4 girls (like literally 15 minutes prior) on a Friday afternoon for manis & pedis. The place itself is very clean & had a calming atmosphere. The employees are friendly & humored our silliness. So this is my first time coming to this nail salon, yet alone my first time getting my nails done in Temecula. I had a great experience, the guy doing my nails (I believe John.. not 100% sure so don't mark my words lol) well he did a great job at doing my fill (acrylic and gel) he was very attentive to detail and did my nails exactly how I want. Although the only issue I had was not with his work,but with the color I chose which called Sizzlin Cinnamon. The consistency of the gel was not rich at all, I went home and noticed some parts were bumpy, some nails darker then the other. And of course I called the salon and spoke with Samantha about the issue, and she was an Angel! Told me to come in the next day and she'll gladly fix my nails, no charge.
